Because sw3 fan ideas are nice, but having MORE ideas for other games, such as swl, would be nice, especially considering that daily missions could be used for this.

Mate the devs are currently working on sw3 and don't have as much time for swl also it doesn't exactly have any multiplayer so it doesn't really need much of anything added to it
