The opposing player can leave after they resign or spectate. What the opposing player does has no effect on the winning player. This is just so that the winning player can still have the satisfaction of destroying the opposing players army

Once the opposing player resigns, it’s game over. The winner can either accept the surrender or continue to destroy

This is cause I got to kinda high elo, and once there’s a small mistake, the other guy just resigns and the game ends
