Archis and Kytchu having the archidon tag, so boyers trap can effect them, is a good idea. However, the game seems to consider them as regular archidons, which means they are affected by Kytchu’s targetted volley. Archis is also affected by the archidon cost and training time reduction.
#Archis now considered as a regular archidon

That's normal
🤷
Real
I don't mind cheaper Archis
Not a bug
Wait a minute? What is making archers and archis cheaper? Nothing should be reducing their prices. Kytchu only reduces archidon training time, not cost.
I think she can do both
Well they definitely need to fix that asap.
The description for Kytchu only states that archers train 25% faster.
this is the same with xiphos
Kytchu also reduces archidon cost
It only states that Swordwrath train 25% faster, but in fact their cost is reduced too
It shouldn't be like that.
Wdym ? Kytchu and Xiphos shouldn’t reduce the cost of their respective units or it should be stated in their description ?
I mean generals shouldn't reduce the cost of their respective units.
They were never meant to do that.
That is a campaign exclusive thing.
Not a multiplayer thing.
I wonder why archis doesn't
Because he’s the former general, not the current one
Yeah.. Kytchu is better.
Since they added the archer hidden tag now will impact on it too
It is on the patch notes
Anyways
Archer spam keep growing every day
It mostly depends on how you use him. He can deadly to light units. But yeah, Kytchu is often better
Archis is a ranged assassin.
Almost a sharpshotter
Yes, exactly ! Tether is kind of weak in its current form
Boyers trap makes it useless
Not completely. You can, for example, slow giants down, disturb them and make them easy targets
And prevent other strong units from escaming
Albeit, ultimately, it's almost never useful
Do you think the rope should be shorter too ?
Wait, no, nevermind
He wouldn't be able to shoot it far enough then
Why have you said anything now he's going to get it fixed
Because yes
