It gives juggs +3 dmg, and a faster movement speed.
It costs 200 gold, and 100 mana, it has 2 upgrades, the first one gives it a dmg and movement speed buff, the second one gives the ranged enchantments to juggs axes.
Upgrade 2 cost: 300 gold, 150 mana
