For 2v1 two extremely low players v one of the new players? Probably a horrible idea as most are probably in the middle

But 3v3 might be interesting... though waiting for enough to join would be annoying, and too many miners, so maybe everyone starts with more gold and crystals and given more per turn and less miners are needed
