Possibly saturation issues?

Hey! I'm a girl who's into photography and i recently started editing some of my pics. But what I realised is: i think the default saturation of my laptop is high. Idk i'm still new to all this, but all my colours look like highlighter colours, like the yellow looks wayy too bright. I tried fixing it in the intel graphics cammand center or sth, but it seems like the issue is not only the saturation bar itself... please help, as a girl who's prone to overstimulation, these colours burn my eyeballs 😭

could just be your panel is the usual 45% ntsc which makes colors look dull
