Not 100% sure if community support is the right place. The Intel Graphics Software application has smooth scrolling forcibly enabled. When animations are disabled, an application must not have smooth scrolling enabled. I suffer from motion sensitivity and so the application is difficult for me to use, to say the least.

Again, not sure if the community can help me, because only Intel can solve this bug. Because that's what it is. Clearly.

I'm on the latest version. Installed a fresh version just today.

you’re actually right, this is not a system issue

the Intel Graphics Software is not respecting Windows accessibility settings
