We have a major release coming up tomorrow, and a new driver for Intel Arc was just released that doesn’t mention support or optimizations for this game. My question is: will there be an update before or on the release date?

Something I should have but forgot to mention in the video is at the time of testing it wasn't possible to load Crimson Desert on an Intel Arc GPU, so that's why there aren't any Arc results.
Game doesnt even boot on an Arc card.

Arc GPU are hard not supported, will just get an error stating this hardware is not supported and the game closes. Complete nonsense to not whitelist Intel Arc hardware

Disappointment. I bought the game in November 2025, and discovered on launch day that my graphics card can't even run the game.

yeah it's complete BS by the game dev, it has nothing to do with intel to my knowledge, also Dev never once mentioned Intel cards wouldn't be able to run at all.

I wish I had that option. I bought the game in November 2025 from an official key store in my country. Under consumer protection laws, I would have had 7 days to request a refund. Unfortunately, I was foolish and believed Pearl Abyss’s claims.
