Intel i5-13600k instability problems

I have gotten this crash message multiple times while playing various minecraft modpacks and already tried updating my bios. How could I troubleshoot or possibly even return my cpu to fix this?

I dowloaded the latest file from asrock and in bios I had the option of v11 or v13 and it seemed to work when I did v13

I went to this site and just dowloaded the top one and unzipped and put it on a flash drive https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/B760 Pro RS/#BIOS
