Are you running windows 11? Sometimes it won't recognize your GPU and will prevent any usage of it in other programs

It could be drivers? But I assume u already did that, is it running at full capacity on task manager?

Alr so it's either a running issue w the GPU or it's just not operating entirely, task manager should report it's usage well enough, try running a game and check if it's utilizing the GPU, or you could do a check with somthing called cznull on github, don't gotta download anything for it but it will stress test your GPU

What does task manager say, sometimes Intel preformance doesn't show it properly

I think it's a problem with the card then, I would make sure by running the game and checking to see if it's being used in task manager, but if the card should be good enough for the game then the card itself is the problem, either that or connection to your pc

Idk this is confusing, ur stuff isn't bottlenecking, it works fine in browser, ur drivers are up to date, and you run smoothly with a few stutters on the GPU stress test

yeah have had trouble with gigabyte before, their stuff is bad with running dual gpu's and just preforming in general

I got one thing that you could try, if you go to windows setting, display, all the way at the bottom to graphics

ur probally right that its a steam thing, but if you want to try it go to your graphics settings, click to add a desktop app, go to "this pc", and then click on the "windows", option below it, then "program files" with multiple files (should have a x86 or smth like that next to it), scroll until you see steam, and add the steam application

if this doesnt work then its an issue with steam, but this will allow you to specifically set your graphics card to steam, forces windows to use it instead of what it thinks is best for you

its probably the high per, use that and try running it again on steam, you might have to go into your steam files and set it for the game your trying to play, but at that point I would say contact steam support

If you had any nvidia or amd cards in their previously, make sure you use ddu in safe mode to uninstall them. Also make sure your 4g decoding is enabled in bios and rebar set to on

Try ddu the intel drivers and make sure rebar is on. If that doesnt work and its only limited to afew games its either a different component issue or just an older driver issue. I had no issues with warframe though
