#Multiple Displays Issue

So I have two displays, a TV and a Monitor and my TV is my primary display. I am currently running the Intel Core I5 6th Gen with a iGPU (Intel HD Graphics 530) and I have a MSI motherboard (unknown model).

My issue is this. In the Intel Graphics Command Center and the Windows Graphics Settings, it picks up the monitor, but the monitor doesn't have any image. In the Intel Graphics Command Center, it shows the monitor is disabled for some reason, and in the windows settings, it shows both screens, but nothing on the monitor. I have the latest drivers and everything, and the monitor does indeed work. If anyone could suggest a solution, id appreciate it.

Below are pictures of everything.

Adding onto this, when I try and enable the monitor in the ICCC, it doesn't do anything. It stays disabled

try windows update->advanced options->optional udates
restart windows if anything updated

the nr 1 screen seems 4:3, sounds to me like no driver
do you have resolution selection when nr 1 is selected
maybe you just need to select the correct resolution
tv's sometimes have limited about of "modes(/resolutions)"

ah win 10
3rd sec in video, there is "view all optional updates"
just get everything in there, if so, restart pc

maybe check "device manager" if anything is missing
if so, you need either motherbourd model to find driver, or use generic intel driver(wich may not have all functions)

yellow triangles, some of em could be false alarm, but more then 3=something is missing

haha yes, those are the optional updates

top one seems for a display?
but you could just select everything i think?
there is a nvidia gt 240?, could maybe even split the load

and restart, is important to not encounter ghost problems
