Hello, since a few days my Drive and Support assistant does not work any more. The browser opens but it shows no results. Not even an error code or something like that. Anybody experiencing the same issue? Maybe somebody knows how to fix this? I attached a screenshot (Text is in German but the issue should identifiable)
Trouble shooting steps i already tried:
- reinstalling the app
- repairing the app via the installer
- trying a different browser
- updating Windows
- disabling browser add-ons
