I have a HP laptop with the mx450 and integrated intel graphics but for the whole time ive had it it seems to have vsync locked everywhere ive disabled it in the nvdia control panel and most of the other places i could find it to be in the intel command center is the last place im trying to turn the Unlock FPS setting on but just trying to turn it on by itself seems to show Adaptive Sync: The setting is inactive.
#The Adaptive Sync feature seems to be locked and i cant turn it on or off

is that youe laptops monitor?
yep it is
its built in
ive had this issue with vsync for so long its always on in any game i play the fps is limited to 60
no matter what i do it doesnt change
thats because your screen is max 60hz
but like
literally every game wont go above 60?
yeah thats only for max fps it can display
yeah literally nothing worked so far
if you turn vsync off in a light game like minecraft
or like
try 240fps on roblox
yeah ive tried that
will it not go above 60?
yeah its always cappped at 60
bc thats really weird
never going higher
ive turned off vsync from nvdia control panel
its off everywhere
delete the intel control panel because you dont seem to be using the igpu
oh okay sure lemme do that real quick
just did it and did a restart im gonna test on minecraft real quick
nope didnt do anything
its still 60 fps capped
