Problem with the Dedicated VRAM

Hi, i'm a french player of video games and i have a problem withe my dedicated VRAM blocked at 128Mo.
How can i upgrade that please ?
This blocked me for a lot of games thanks.

What is GPU-Z

In my Game it says 2357Mo/128Mo

GPU-Z is a GPU Information Utility program, i'm simply trying to identify what integrated GPU exactly so I can take a look at it's specs. If my french is up to date (and it normally isn't) you have 4 GB of VRAM.

4 GB of VRAM is not necessarily sufficient for a lot of games as of 2025, Can I ask which games you are trying to run?

I know i know its ghost recon breakpoint, the problem is i have desintall the Game a few month ago and when i have reinstall it I have this problem

But before that he works and the dedicated video is not a problem 🤷🏼‍♂️

As i am seeing, you have an Integrated graphics card in your CPU (that's the Iris), You have 128MB of dedicated video memory and 3965Mo of shared memory, it is not enogh at all

try to update your drivers first im afraid windows update replaces your driver version to OEM

They said that they only have Integrated Graphics in that system. My guess is it's a laptop.

dont look dedicate video memory for Integrated graphics , Shared memory is the true one

Integrated graphics doesnt have Dedicated Video memory , it just a placeholder number for the VRAM same as Ryzen its defaulted at 512MB , because every company uses DVMT now , not a fixed

Yeah, i'm inclined to second Azrael that it's not enough even for Ghost Recon: Breakpoint.

maybe they updated it until to the point the integrated graphics is unable to play it

but as for 4GB VRAM should be still enough , i dont think something like RTX 3050 mobile cant play the game
just the integrated graphics power is not enough to run the game

OP did state the game worked before and now it isn't upon reinstalling. So it's likely an update caused it.

no, you will still have 128MB of VRAM, just, go on a game and test if it resolves your problem

go on the control panel and search in the "performance" tab is you have a dedidcated GPU and
/or download GPU-Z
