I have 10-12fps on the menu of this game even at the lowest settings possible

so far I've installed latest graphics on clean installation(had an older version before that but didnt help either)

disabled all overlays

Double-check in Windows Settings -> System -> Display -> Graphics -> and make sure the game is running on the Intel Arc B580 and not the integrated graphics.

make sure you are running your arc, not the igpu
