usually Windows Update downloads the driver automatically so try it

if you didn't tick the box that says "Delete the driver for this device" when you deleted your Intel graphics card in device manager, you can probably get it back by pressing this button

if you disabled the integrated graphics on your laptop, i think you won't be able to install the driver and you won't need it
