When I try to click the turn on internet it just doesn't do anything

My Internet was working 2 hours ago fine I was in call with my friends then the Internet stopped working and the option in the task bar was not even ahowing

I went to the device manager there is warning option on the network adapter when I went to the properties of it said

This device cannot start. (Code 10)
