#Intel N100 goes up only to 2.9 GHz, it can do to 3.4 though.

The title. I get this information from Windows Task Manager. It often says 2.9 GHz is 100%. The processor won't speed up.

2.9 is not a limit though. Sometimes it speeds up to 3.x. However when I start a speed demanding activity such as recording or emulating it stays only 2.9 GHz.

I don't understand this behaviour. I assumed it has to do something with Turbo Boost. It is enabled though. Wandering around the BIOS I found the "Energy Efficient Turbo" parameter enabled. Something tells me I can turn it off and get the higher speed but I'm afraid to break something.

All in all, what should I do to get 3.4 GHz when they are actually needed and to prevent sticking at 2.9 GHz? I use Beelink S12 Pro if it helps.
