Do the following steps in order:
- Download and install Malwarebytes from the link below, and run a scan. Once it's finished, post the full results in this channel and if it detects anything, press "Quarantine"

Open Command Prompt as an administrator and type
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, hit enter and wait until it finishes and says the operation was completed successfully. -
After the step above is done, type
sfc /scannow, hit enter and wait until it finishes.
Restart your PC.

Run every available Windows Update on your PC (Windows Search Bar > Updates > Check for updates).

If you have done everything above and the issue still isn't resolved,

Download and install Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU): https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/.

Download (do not install yet) the latest Intel driver for your device: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html

Disconnect from the internet, and boot Windows into Safe Mode.

Run DDU, select "Clean and Restart", then once the PC is restarted run the driver installer.
