#CPU ISSUE !

if anyone knows about CPU's like an Expert I need help for real this is my 2nd CPU

ok lets start by saying that i bought new pc in 2023 march 11 this pc was 4070ti with i713700kf
First 3 months there was no issues at all playing normaly no prob , then something start happning which is when i play a game it crashs even my discord start crashes by it self running any game crashes tried to understand whats going on by formating my pc at least 4 times nothing fixed the issue finally i was paying attention the monitor of Task manger when i saw the cpu reachs 100% and that when the crash happens so i tried Cinnabench to stress test the cpu , the program it self crashed ! Talked to the intel support the said its may be Defective so i returned it and bought new cpu in 2024 feb 7 whic his i914900k Guess what same issue is happining to me right now Same for first few months worked fine but now Crashes cant even open my games at all Bluescreens while trying to stress test format my pc again nothing solved it start to think its the motherboard fault so my question is " dose a faulty motherboard Dmg the cpu ? "
if anyone can help me pls go ahead i had enough

may i ask why it happens after 2 months ?

Im trying to change it on bios but it wouldnt let me its locked

You have to write 288 in there

When i do stress test on 4.80ghz works fine but when it reaches 5.40 it crashes

I mean it dose it by it self goes up and down

same issue games crashes with 5.40 GHZ

what you changed now is the max amount of current your CPU can pull
