That’s just fan noise? The fans and vents seem to have dust caked on, try cleaning out the system

Its a workstation, so its basically unusable while its as loud as it is.

Ye, it was pretty much silent before. But I now remember that I removed the drive bay thing that it had in the front and then all this started happening. However, I don't need it so I wont put it back in

Are you sure the front panel isn’t part of some type of fan control?

if you remove a fan for example, the others will spin up to 100% and the sever might even beep.

so it could be a thermal control function that enters a similar mode if you remove that drive bad and therefore change the airflow
