Do not install from there.
u can also download from here 4972
but i'd advice waiting until the next driver drops. I usually skip drivers unless you are having issues, and update once or twice a month at max.

ahh I see, I guess the problem is in authorization from windows to run the installer as administrator.

I don't guarantee it will work but the safe mode is an option to try

if you still facing an issue maybe you can try to reinstall the windows (RESET Windows to the start). I know it's not a solution but reinstalling windows is the last option you can do about bug in it. Windows is just pure of bug since the beginning of time 😶🌫️. and never be the perfect OS.

maybe you can try from the fresh bootable drives.. just manage your files to the cloud storage. but I think you can just try to search some solution online about the Administator things in microsoft community. Goodluck 👍
