It just doesn't save the settings I don't know how to fix that. For example I've changed the recording settings from 30 fps to 60 and messed with the other settings too but none of them are saved
Also I couldn't find a way to disable recordings It makes my game lag a bit so I want to turn them off do I just have to uninstall and reinstall without Arc Control to remove it?

AFAIK highlights can be disabled here. If the program is not saving settings, try restarting your computer and see if it fixes it. Otherwise try reinstalling Arc Control

That sadly doesn't disable it. Even if i close the arc control and such it kept saving clips so it feels like the only way to disable it to not install arc control

I have no idea why it would bug out like that. Arc Control isnt -essential- for anything so you can uninstall it if you feel like it.

what if you first close arc control in task manager
then open arc control with rightclick->run as admin, then try to save settings
