It sounds like someone has added their account (or at least an account) to your PC. I would suggest removing the account using the User Accounts (filename: NETPLWIZ.EXE) Control Panel applet or the Local User and Groups Manager (filename: LUSRMGR.MSC) snapin as it could be a security risk for someone else to have access to your computer.

when i try to activate windows it tells me that i cant due to the windows edition not matching

I don't see anything in the snippets of screenshot, but since you didn't share the entire window, I can't really say what else might be there.

You need to purchase the right license for use with your copy of Windows.
