Intel's ARC control wont start, I double click to run and say yes to admin and nothing happens, it doesn't pop up nor go to tray and there is no task running for it when I check in task manager.
I have tried re installing the latest drivers for ARC and it has not fixed the issue.

Yep, I had the same problem too for a short while. I didn't reinstall Windows, but I updated Windows 11 to the 22H2 update and Arc Control worked again.
Which Windows feature update are you on? If you go to Settings > System > About, you can find your version there. It should say 21H2 or 22H2.

Ah. Reinstalling Windows might work, but before doing that, run DDU and do a clean reinstall of the drivers. If Arc Control still isn't working, you'll have to install Windows again.
