Can’t figure out how to reproduce, completely random and infrequent, but they do exist.

Yep it can happen anywhere, it just so happened here when I was recording.

in this level the "framing camera" is active, which tries to show both cars on-screen at once. perhaps this bug is specific to that camera? other examples would be the golf level, where it frames the car and the stop sign dynamically, etc

I have a feeling this also happened in the first level once but I am not sure.

Also I had played this level multiple times and this is the only time it happened.
