But Roathe created a Helminth like what Entrati made in 1999 (and complained about the difficulty without electricity to do so), so unless it was deliberately put somewhere it would just... die, without leaving any traces whatsoever (which is exceedingly optimistic given how invasively persistent the infestation is)...
