To be frank, a bullet is a bullet. Warframes even in their heyday are not that over-the-top crazy powerful that you see in gameplay, and even Stalker got gimped by a single shot once before. They also have Effervon, which apparently has been entirely unreplicated in modern day Warframe but still necessary to melt through some gates.

Our bulletproof vests aren't tanking a musket shot.
