Well considering her story, her design is both militaristic AND rebellious. On a military standpoint, having an opening isn’t very convenient or safe at all. Imagine a Dax Warframe

Like he could have an exalted Sun and moon as his ultimate and he can perform a jugement cut and he can change elements like we do in the new war when we were playing Teshsin

he should have an orvius he can throw and he can grapple on to it and

when you hit an enemy with the orvius and it comes back it groups them up for you then you perform a dash through them making them bleed

And he could have an ability that let him suck all incoming damage and give him equal overguard to all of the damage

And a passive could be a focus meter and each kill buffs all of his ability’s like and make them crazy over powered versions of his base abilities

Am I just dreaming or should this be a Warframe?

I feel they could really tie into the old peace update and I really like the Teshin part in the new war

The orvius thing is just a thing they throw it could also be a dagger too I just said orvius because it what Teshin uses but any thing works and now that you say it iron skin is the same I was trying to add some survive ability so you don’t get clapped in Steel path but an idea could be when you change elements you get different benefits like

Heat adds x% more damage to every thing and your blades deal heat

Cold adds x% armor and your blades deal cold

Electricity adds x% speed to everything and your blades deal electricity

Toxic add x% crit and status and your blades deal toxic

And it scales with focus

My only problem w this in regards to warframe, as someone who bought a prime unvaulting event bundle (zephyr cosmetics) is that the only reason the Launch bundles are so expensive is the bonuses. Unvaultings for just their accessories were like 20USD.
When you buy a prime launch bundle you get p much the same amount in plat boosters and some extra cosmetics I believe.

Every other game (redacted 2 huge example) will expect you to drop 100usd preorder and then play full time to experience everything before they take it away and make you pay up again

And then make it free or huge discounted on ps+ 😭

I would recommend release/chronological order for the story told over the years. It’s the reason I was against the Duviri vs the OG starter quest because new players just don’t get that story beat yet u know
Plus TNW was a huge reveal/drop

/ it’s kinda how I make my friends play it, the story beats kinda flow in together. Obv some pieces get lost in the shuffle of updates, mostly stuff like Citrine, Voruna, or other missions meant to tease a larger update

And if I'm being honest, I hadn't actually played much of the quest stuff (the game was mostly an excuse to hang with my dad)
(The last quest I played back then was probably Vor's Prize, tbh. I don't remember anymore)
When I came back, I found myself facing a strong disinterest in doing almost anything
Until I forced myself to do the Duviri Paradox
That reeled me in instantly

This is a good example of why the duviri thing was good for returning players. My point was mostly for new players who are lore nerds ^^aka like all my friends lmao

duviri 100% should be played after new war or even zariman. The new war quests introduces the drifter in a way that is mysterious and leaves alot open to questioning. Some is later explained in the quest. it is then said in the ending text of new war something about "the mysteries of the drifter's origin"

I dont think that duviri was originally meant to be a new player experience and through the process of making it eventually changed its way into becoming that.

and now with DE removing all restrictions from new players and letting them progress as fast as possible through the story while ignoring every system introduced along the way, the circuit feature is useless to a new player
