Saryn being one of the first frames used to clear up earth from infestation together with frost also being a veteran frame. Both looking like veterans in their proto form with saryn being this old general/mafia boss vibe and frost having this Lone Ranger mercenary vibe sticking with his boss.

Then nova being this newer recruit kinda like how nova’s warframe look was always this newer tech incorporated into a frame. Giving her this new tester recruit vibe testing out new tech.

And don’t get me started with temple. Fantastic rock guitarist vibe with the way they move.

They could just make it a story beat at some point where you just "lock in" with your chosen hex so no more resetting, or have that happen as a later plot point of a later story; whereby if you go and repeat the Hex quest you essentially are back in time to where 1999 is "current" content and can then also use the resetting system if it's that important.

Someone mentioned ludo-narrative dissonance somewhere in here and I think the relationship reset falls into that context. It could just be while you're in 1999, at that time it is considered chronologically current and you can use the reset as needed, but when in the future, or in a future segment of Warframe's story all of that is already done and over with.

Forgive me if I’m misinterpreting Duviri’s story, Thrax is the Drifter, in a gross oversimplification

So far as I understand, Thrax was originally penned as a character from the Tales of Duviri(written by Euleria Entrati), where Thrax was what happened when you couldn’t control your emotions when in presence of void energy. And when the Drifter created Duviri during the Zariman disaster, they conceptually embodied Thrax as a friend/reflection, but as “time” passed and the spirals got worse and worse and the Drifter’s apathy got worse and worse, Thrax took on a more antagonistic role

This lead to a brutal cycle of Thrax’ antagonistic behavior and executing the Drifter lead to D growing more apathetic, which lead to Thrax becoming more antagonistic, and the cycle repeated until Drifter managed to pull themselves out of the cycle in the Duviri Paradox quest

||The choice at the end when your picking Space Mom's name is ridiculous! "Natah" is very clearly a dead name, I think Second Dream very firmly establishs that, anytime anyone calls Lotus "Natah" shes like "that's not my name!" and then the entire thing with Butt Munch Ballas is him gaslighting her into going by her mom's name because apperently he's the boy from the song "Stacy's Mom" but grew up and became a psychopath about it. So giving the choice at the end to pick a name for her seems crazy. I feel like anything other than "Lotus" goes against all the lore from Second Dream onward. I love the different skins you can get for her and you can change the colours of her outfits. But when the name option came up I was like "what?
