Entrati wants the citizens of hollvania to be trapped in a loop to give the vessels humanity, the vessels stop wally from spilling into the main timeline via space magic or whatever, but it didn't work because the hex kept failing and hollvania fell to the techrot or something. And summoned the drifter to make sure all of hollvania doesn't die

The Kalymos Sequence - which was to finish the vessels and find an operator for them - is only completed once the Hex trust the drifter enough to let them pilot them.

In the Albrecht whisper in the wall notes he refers to the protoframes as the "humanity" of the vessels, something like "Combining ballas's Warframes with the potential for giant growth of the grey strain, and the humanity of the protoframes"

Yeah, that's all I mean is that the drifter now has -seemingly - unique void powers when compared to the operator that are tied to all the time they spent in a loop in Duviri.

Whether those are powers only just gotten in the new war or powers they've had since a kid is what I'm chewing over personally in my head.

Drifter can't even remember if the other kids were rescued or died in their timeline according to the KIM chats, so I could see a lot of other stuff slipping through the memory holes too.

As far as I remember we technically just know the Indifference offered to "save everyone, but never said I'd save you" to the drifter, and certainly before 1999 I assumed that meant no powers for drifter, but now I'm just poking at other possibilities given the Drifter's looping power and some of the Kim chats.

I think its possible the Drifter may just have a different experience with the void and can utilize their powers a little differently, like the way they reset the loop is the same way they did in Duviri

It doesnt sound like a reference to the deal, cause then it wouldn't be "given freely," it would be an exchange - but I wouldn't be so surprised if it's just poetic speak and it turns out the Indifference is just referencing the deal with the Operator there, and freely given is just "i wasn't coerced into making the deal"

Could also be "given freely" in a sense that the Drifter got the benefits of the Operator's deal through an Eternalism loophole - no Deal, no cost.

Yeah, I think what happened is there's nothing stopping the prompt from showing back up after a split cuz Aoi forgives. So it could all be under the same rules rather than each member being separate. Tho I don't see DE as the type to take shortcuts like that

It makes sense because they want to show that even if you can still ask them, there are still minor consequences, and it's also a way of letting you know you done goofed and need to reset for them
The reason it stays there as an "option" to ask is because if it doesn't show up, it's more than likely people will assume it's either not working or something is bugged. By keeping the option there and then saying no, it tells you all you need to know without being seen as a "bug"

Characters like Aoi can be redacted with ease so long as you reach atleast Close
Where as to get a second chance with say.. Lettie, you need to be way higher, perhaps even at loved prior

I've had a few like that, where it seemed like none of the options were good and would've ended it anyway. So I just picked one I personally would go for

I think more than anything it's moreso on you "reading" the characters, so long as you keep the person they are in mind, and remain inquisitive, usually they'll continue the convo to it's fullest extent

Arthur was tricky. I ended up getting with him, but at one point he told me to Sod off and ended the convo - which obviously meant I goofed.

But yeah - their profiles tell you pretty much how to approach your replies.

Because not only did I get Lettie first time with no mistakes at all considering how hard it is to date her, and be able to date her again after a breakup, I'd say I did my homework

She's by far the hardest, and the spike in difficulty is actually obvious though maybe it's not the right word. More so it's harder to break down those walls, you have to be patient like you would a person irl
