I'd help you, but idk what you're referring to. Chemistry is for the relationship minigame, I believe. To build rep with the faction, you gotta do bounties at the bounty board (not the PC), or turn in the pickups from missions to Lettie.

Mind you, there is a daily cap.

The secondary is simply put Extremely amazing. It is a thrown bouncing glaive.
