So I was rewatching the tennocon reveal and...I think Major Rusalka might actually be a protoframe. I know there's been speculation about her being Saryn but two things caught my eye that forward that idea.

Point A: around her eye you can see some of the same scarring the protoframes have

Point B: she has some kind of cigarillo/cigarette holder thing that seems to deliver Effervon. Most likely she's taking it for (what I assume is) the same reason the Scaldra are using it to purge the city: because it kills techrot. She could be using it to slow the influence on her own body.

You'll need to find an open tile but it's opposite the tower in the skybox - you can't really see most of the ship because it's hidden behind a giant apartment block but you can see its front on one side and that little tail thing that cruise ships often have on the other side.
