Then again, I also have akvasto prime where I have the phased skin which makes them look like really old six shooter revolvers with void scarring and the pyrana prime let's me dual weild my protocol pistol skin if I trigger it's unique effect and- it goes on and on

In a normal situation, yeah, a Warframe can "die" and the operator stays fine and is even able to directly revive the Warframe by themselves as well. However, elite deep archimedia is anything but a conventional situation. And if we were to take some of the debuffs we can have in a more literal sense, then whatever is going on down there can and will affect Warframe and operator as one, and even negate the operator's ability to exit the Warframe at all while in there.
