To me this implies one of two things; (1), Ballas is lying to Parvos about the Entrati(presumably Albrecht)’s messing with time to make sure Parvos doesn’t get too powerful, or (2), Ballas genuinely didn’t know about the Entrati’s works in time travel and Parvos is just that many steps ahead the game after stealing the Entrati secrets(see dialogue from Deadlock Protocol)

Which seems more probable, Ballas lying to Parvos about the Orokin’s achievements in the field of time travel; or Ballas not knowing how far the Entrati have advanced in the field

It looks like you have the four visible glyphs right. The hidden ones are a bit harder, but try to think of what possible shapes they could be based on the tiny bit you can see. Then it's just sort of trial and error with the four unknowns.

A big hint if you still need it, any symbols in the correct combination will not repeat on other slots. Meaning you will only get one U with a line inside it, or one T with a wave under it. Incorrect symbols can/will repeat.

Since TSD we had Operation: Shadow Debt, which introduced his Acolytes but didn't say much about the Stalker himself. He was present in TNW but with no new lore. He also appears in the Operator Report, which technically doesn't say anything new about him but does confirm the fact that he is a Low Guardian, distinct from the Tenno. This is notable because the Stalker's lore was very old and could have been considered out of date, but the Operator Report instead confirmed that it was still accurate. Other than that, as Bau said, the new update Jade Shadows should have a lot more lore on the Stalker.

this is what we know

-The Stalker was a "Low Guardian" we can assume this is just futuristic lingo meaning "Bodyguard" if so this would mean Warframes such as Protea would also be classed as a "Low Guardian" same with Dax

-The Stalker IS NOT a Tenno
-The Stalker was present at the Outer Terminus during the Tenno coup

-The Stalker is piloting (or became) a Warframe/Warframe-esq creature
-The Stalker hunts the Tenno

-The Stalker aligned with Hunhow in an attempt to find the Tenno resevoir and kill the Tenno heart 
-The Stalker was driven off by a combination of Hunhow's defeat via the breaking of War, the Tenno and the Lotus
-The Stalker Survived The Second Dream and recruited Acolytes to hunt us/Alad V presumably as he recovered

-By the time of the New War, the Stalker had seemingly fully healed and was serving as Hunhow's bodyguard/enforcer, we know through the Narmer chatter that the Stalker had been killing Narmer cultists for some time (unknown how long could be days, weeks or months)

-The Stalker assists the Drifter in killing one Archon and moniters the Drifter on the second

Entrati is easier because doing a single bounty gets your daily cap done in one mission which I have yet to find for the other two, plus I actually feel motivated to work on them because I vastly prefer the family to the other two syndicates because of the characters within them

if Cavia and Holdfasts followed the Entrati model I wouldn't be looking around every mission for syndicate medallions like the OG syndicates
