From what I understand, only Void can kill void. Oro to kill Oro. Oro being the "spirit". What it doesn't help explain is the Tenno. Tenno are basically "immortal" because they are probably more void than person anymore after the deal. They share a connection with the void itself if you believe Wally being some form of God entity of the void itself. It explains why the Operator can transferance without assistance. Warping across space to physically manifest using the warframe as a beacon to do so. (Really gives that void demon vibe lol)
Though, makes me wonder how could you kill a tenno without them doing it to themselves? Like we know transferance loops are basically able to drain the tenno of their life eventually, but I'm pretty sure thats the case for anyone who is in one. Rell being a good example of a tenno staying alive for who knows how long without the second dream. But eventually fading back into (the void, or what ever really)
I feel like the tenno can't just "die" because they are linked to the void, to Wally. Kind of like a pact in Dnd for a warlock lol they are kept alive by his void power likely for some twisted purpose he has planned for a millennia or more.

What exactly is the issue with ghouls? They were created by Dr Tengus with Vay Hek's resources, as shock troops who didn't need logistical support. They make pretty good sense in-universe.
