I mean you dont even have to do AMA7 citations, but you never explained where youre getting your opinions from
by playing the game, probably
you just state something that appears to greatly go against what we know and then leave us to pick the pieces
^
we cant even begin to understand your opinion because we dont know under what basis is it formed
but im telling you not to do it, its personal opinion and thinking over what might be happening
were yet to learn whats going on
Yes, but we have strong evidence due to events that take place in the game and in the lore
And your "opinions" are lacking in that evidence
and?
And you're just stating them here expecting no one to ask how you came to that conclusion
Its akin to saying McDonald's is spelt WcDonald's and when we ask "how" you say "its just my opinion"
yes and?
Aight, question answered
No lore discussions with this individual
if someone told the players 7 years ago that the lotus will try to straight up kill us
everyone wouldve said "its nonsense"
but here we are, post new war, where lotus straight up failed to assasinate us
Again, you made a claim that goes against the lore of the game, when asked for an explanation, you've given none and just said "it's my opinion, deal with it"
So it is now my opinion that nothing you say in this channel carries any weight whatsoever
ok
I have my own theories, but I don't go around dropping them in lore channels without prefacing them as my own theories and presenting them as fact with no explanation
wally is verifiably a different entity to us, and him looking like us is merely how he prefers to present himself to us
Sythel previously said she’s scared that the undercroft is so close to the void, and so is Dominus because of “him”. Im assuming she’s talking about Wally here?
Yep
If you visit her in her shack she will reference wally more
thats the only sensible assumption too
Such as the blacked eyed children or claiming that wally is albretch's fear manifested
ok so technically than, albreight 1 shotted the entire orokin empire by merely staring at a mirror for a while
he started a domino chain that ended up killing the orokin empire
with ballas adding ALOT of the dominos inbetween
albreight made us by looking at himself in a mirror, and we 1 shot his entire generation and almost erased his race
interesting
Ballas definitely added all the funky steps
he didnt directly make us, just inadvertantly put the steps in motion
Might as well be saying that Thomas Edison created the 4k monitor
so if the ultimate outcome is that a bunch of children slaughtering the entire orokin race
i guess its safe to assume that albreight's greatest fear in his life was children
interesting, interesting
Given how much we know about Wally, I wouldn't doubt that he's simply a being of the void who does and creates whatever he wants just because he can
And if that's the case, it's not that wild to think that he likes scaring the crap out of people and giving children godlike powers just for the hell of it
The only thing you said to try and justify your theory is that Time doesn't exist in the void, which isn't fully true either
Yes, there'd be Duviri on the Zariman
Doesn’t Wally appear as the person that’s looking at them?
what if evrey Tennol... Seceretyl Our Operato.... :O 😲
Every tenno is me but I'm moving very fast so it seems like I'm a lot of people
What if the tenno are all just imperfect clem clones
ouf, found a bug where if you have 2 of the same frame on its rotation it chooses a random a random frame
huh, never seen that
i have 2 nekros 😂 it chose my unforma one
ah i see what you mean now
Pet bunny rabbit is the goat
its too late i join dark side, i am one of the clones now
Why can’t we get them yet
what does the owl do in shop?
Decor
ouf i thought companion for drifter
It's a birb. The closest we get to birb companions.
titania best warframe now for wyrm
what does the decree energy recovery when hp is full do with hildryn?
My guess would be noting like the arcane energize, since Hildryn don’t use energy
Fills the transference bar.
for hildryn
Yes that's what I'm trying to imply... That it does nothing for Hildryn
Well either that or your shields never stop regenerating which isn't super useful but definitely nifty.
so it does recharge her shields then ?
Working on this one for few days now
Still missing few for sure.. 😭
For sure will update this in the next few days but this is it for now.
What do you guys think? 🤔
very nice
lemme see if i have seen any not present here
ooh yea i can see you're missing an arcabor one
theres one that spawns at the lower left bridge
what it looks like for reference
theres alot for sure
Ye i know
I might need to resize the map to add some space for the pictures i guess
ill have double check but i think one also spawns at neighbor's outlook to look out for that spawns right by the fishing spot
im just not precisely sure if thats the location
Added the one under the bridge at Archarbor.
i unfortunately didnt take a pic of the one by the fishing spot, since i didnt have any problems in figuring it out
Added them thank you didnt know about those.
I love you
No actually.. I love you.
archharbor has 3, 1 is solo
its on the bridge where you 1st teleported to
👍 Already added few new ones.
oh wait it is not solo it duo
i forgot about platform
👍 ye ye double checking everything now
Still missing few for sure.
he alive but we got chest open 😂
Free treasure :]
did you got behind amphis theater ?
Now kill luscinia for more loot
he bugged no rings also
Rip leave the worm for next spiral then
Nope unlucky with theater spawns
Ye i know about that one
Trying to get solo ones tho since i cant get duo ones now.
it seems all puzzles spawn after 2hours
because when i check no puzzles appear but after few hours they appear
I dont think so its just random, i was few times in the mission for 2 hours and didnt had few still. I can get some spawns from a start thats why im still aborting and going again.
does anyone know if there are any duviri lore fragments that are specific to a mood spiral? or are all of them locatable (except amphitheater and archabor)
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2968522746
very lovely, thanks
got my courtly shawzin woot
How is it like
Im doing the New War and..im so confused
Why is Hunhow helping the Drifter? Isn't he a sentient? Is he just angry Erra...his son? Killed Natah / Lotus?
Hunhow and drifter both want one thing: to bring back natah
Sentient or not narmer won’t stop and well to put in space family terms
Space grandpa stopped being racist to you in order to find and bring back your lost space mom
Oh....
And for some Reason..Erra uhhh errr ive no idea tbh lol
Guess Ill just beat it and hope I understnad
erra resides in a bit of a weird motivation quagmire where he just wants power for no real apparent reason
insofar i recall anyway
I dont necessarily think he wanted power, it looked a lot like he wanted to impress Hunhow in my opinion, but it backfired
BUt like what confuses me is Hunhow is mad that Erra is working with Ballas but Ballas was literally in chains and a collar. How did Ballas end up with ANY power when Erra was enslaving him?
Erra just wants the Sentients to win... That's about jt
The chains were a lie to help manipulate Lotus
Oh...
As soon as they give up on manipulating Lotus and throw her into the fire and burn her up, Erra drops the leash.
OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH yes I do recall that. I thought that meant...idfk what I thought but not that it was a lie.
Okay and in the OLD WAR ballas...BETRAYED Orokin correct?
Thats why hes still alive?
Erra didn't want Lotus to realise Ballas was Ballas but rather just some random Orokin. And didn't want her to think to much about their plans either.
He poisoned their Warframes to help the Sentients?
I guess he could've been hanging out with sentients the whole time sure
Cool aight I Got a solid grip ont he story. TIME TO FINISH th enew war >:D
He just revealed the existence of the tenno and their location
Then Lotus / Natah was like nah dawg I like these Kids
and she became Margulus or w.e
Yes, for reasons you'll see later in the NW quest
okay coolio
The quality of this quest is like insane. I pray theres more of this type of content in the future
so since duviri came out they offered arcane adapters for resources and a newer player I know grabbed one but can't see the slot to insert it, do they have to complete the whole starchart to use the item from the tutorial quest shop? or is this a bug or something sorry to bug just wondered
the problem is that this was never actually hinted, alluded to or even just said
honestly the motivation for starting the new war is just flimsy in general since there is basically nothing for the sentient to care about there aside from the tenno and anything void related
and if they had wanted to stop the tenno they shouldve gone after the heart, which they did not do
The only thing was Natah. Because we know both erra and ballas have used her. Erra just comes to his senses wayyy too late.
they instead enslaved the entire solar system because we needed a new war and this is what you get
The new war was about ballas mostly. It wasn't for the sentients, erra was just along for the ride.
The entirety of the new war was ballas in a way, i guess wanting to be worshipped by everyone. Or smthn along those lines
pretty much, its mostly just something that ballas wanted
even then im not really sure if that entirely fits within ballas' motivations but i dont actually recall them much
the primary one is just that he loved margulis in the past and that lotus is modeled after her, but he didnt end up doing much with that other than manipulate natah
lol the drifter hints at the horses in the new war. 'cant be harder thanr iding a horse' lol
So...The Drifter was stuck in this Paradox by Thrax who we have no idea who they are...and we dont know what Duiviri is...
The story gets p interesting. Kinda.
They don't necessarily know about the heart, not to the fact that it's well defended cause you can't Narmer infestation.
What's flimsy about wanting your faction to win against the enemy?
Enslaving it was the main method for them to even be able to win so decisively.
And why would they bother killing after everything is enslaved?
Ballas is pretty much just a destructive narcissist, from what I gathered. There was never an endgame which would bring him satisfaction. He was always going to find more reasons to go his path.
As for focusing very much on the time period of latter parts of New War, his goal was to get Margulis back and go to Lua
the question here is why there is an enemy in the first place
why are they identified as the enemy?
nobody there poses an active threat to the sentient yet the entire origin system got hit
i didnt say it was a choice between enslaving and killing, i just question them bothering with that to begin with
like, why is that a goal
the original goal of the old war was ending the orokin because they were just going to go to tau and end up ruining two systems
then the orokin died and the problem was solved
As far as the Sentients are concerned, everyone from the Origin System is Orokin
are they?
And the Tenno still existed, which were the main faction they warred with
do they really think that? the closest i think we ever got to anything resembling the idea that everyone is orokin is basically just hunhow calling alad orokin
Finally, what else are they gonna do? Float around with an amassed army to do... Nothing?
They already had it
the ruling caste they actually had a problem with is gone
They didn't care about the nuances, probably didn't even know about them.
the tenno are a non issue because theyre not going to tau, they have no reason to be there, and they dont cause any problems otherwise
youre concluding this based on what?
The Grineer were used to fight Sentients, the Corpus fought Sentients, Tenno fought Sentients. They're all sworn enemies to the Sentient soldiers that came to the origin system
Based on the lore...?
yeah no which specific lore
because the grineer for example were used for a number of purposes, they were disposable drones
furthermore, why are they enemies now
Git gud lok
I mean, there’s always the possibility that Tau is also in a similarly wrecked state to the Origin system. Or at least in a very different state to how it was during the war. The sentients have had thousands of years to grow and change just as the origin system has.
Not a lack of getting gud lol
there is that possibility, had they written anything suggesting it, which they didnt
Everything we know about how the War developed, with Grineer specimens bred for War, how the Sentients attack the regular colonies, the original plan from Hunhow to delete everyone after the Orokin were killed by Tenno...
Then in more specific cases, Teshin reflecting that the soldiers on both sides were made to hate without reflection.
Because the corpus or Grineer would never worn along with Sentient, and sentient would never worn along with Tenno without Lotus helping.
They're not just gonna sleep forever till death on the edge of the system.
wait, where was it mentioned that hunhow wanted to delete everyone
On the Tenno side for fighting the Sentients, their conception was brought about because the Sentients were a thorn in the Orokin's side.
As per The Sacrifice.
so, the reason why im asking this is because they need to have a solid reason to venture towards the origin system in the first place
not getting along is not an issue if youre not going there in the first place
but for some reason, they want to go there, and its not really well established why anyone cares insofar i can tell
Wasn’t the sentients original plan during the old war to detonate the sun? I vaguely remember that coming up during one of the New War railjack sequences
They have always been in the Origin System.
It was not
ballas wanted to use it as fuel for praghsa to go to tau
No more Origin system equals no more Orokin
Praghasa's original purpose was exactly that
the orokin are gone and the only evidence ive heard so far that the sentient are too dumb to recognize the distinction between golden men and not golden men is basically alad
Ballas's plan was the version that killed everyone except himself
im going to need some sources for this hold on
You really think Alad isn't gonna delete the sentients and use them for tech if he can?
Erra’s actually pretty compassionate to humans by sentient standards
The New War quest explicitly states it was Praghasa's original purpose.
oh yeah youre right
that is absolutely insane why would they want to do that when the entire reason why they went to war with the orokin was because the orokin were ruining the origin system
this actually just makes it worse
Because in the end Orokin are just humanity
And humanity would do the same, which they have now in the form of Corpus and Grineer.
ok where in the game is it mentioned that orokin is just humanity from the sentient point of view
No humanity =no threat to tau
They were also going to ruin Tau and the Sentient's pulled a The Incredibles and realized their creators' plans are dumb and stupid.
I'm not talking about just a Sentient point of view. The Orokin are just humanity objectively speaking.
Grinner and Corpus have been destroying things exactly like Orokin did. Not as fast but also not as elegantly
so its not that humanity is orokin but that humanity is destructive, but where exactly was this mentioned that this is why the sentient are attacking sol
Aladv clearly isnt of the orokin caste so when hunhow calls him orokin he isnt making a distinction in the second dream i think
The Sentients fought back because humanity, which at the time happened to be ruled by Orokin, brought ruin to the Origin System. What else is there to mention?
because we are making a distinction here between orokin and humanity, and you are claiming the distinction doesnt exist, yet the only source is alad v being called orokin
wow the New War was absolutely INSANE. That quality was crazy.
I...legit am confused by the story lol.
is at any point in the game mentioned that the sentient have a problem with humanity in general
because this is the first time im hearing it
There cannot be any distinction.
Orokin IS humanity.
no, you are claiming that
The word humanity doesn't exist in the Warframe universe. You're asking for an impossible reference
you are claiming that orokin is humanity when orokin has largely been definied as the ruling caste of the orokin empire, which is a different thing
So - The Lotus IS Natah right? Hunhows Daughter?
All of the Orokin Empire is humanity
Orokin are human.
so there is a humanity, and there is an orokin ruling above them
And for some reason NATAH decides to become Margulus AKA Lotus?
once again, can you point out that the sentient do not make a distinction
Both the rulers and the ones below are human.
is this ever mentioned
Yes, there is no alien faction in the game, there are only humans
ok you cannot actually come up with an in game source
You're just being dense. It's impossible for the word human to exist in the game. The word is just not used in Warframe lore.
once again, i dont care that you claim that orokin is humanity, i care if the sentient claim that orokin is humanity, and i want a direct reference to the sentient holding this view
if you cannot do that you are arguing an empty point
Orokin was the ingame lore word for humanity until the empire ended.
Albrecht mentions the time before void tech and implies they still lived on earth which is the birthplace of humanity
So to me that implies the orokin are indeed humanity
Humanity is just a category we use outside the game. The definition of humanity is a definition that applies aptly to the entire Orokin Empire
i am seeing several times ballas himself mentions 'human'
im not sure if this is in any way relevant to what you consider to be the recognition of a 'humanity' but they do at least have recognition of their own species as human
Oh I didn't remember that, guess there are also namesake references to being human.
lotus does it several times
this is why i wanted a specific source on the sentient viewpoint
What exactly do you want in the source? What do you want it to explain?
at what points in the story is it conveyed that the sentient do not make a distinction between humanity as a whole and the orokin
and thus would make it make sense for them to wage war on the origin system
At the point when their motivation is defined: when it is described that they hate who they hate because of the tendency to destroy.
Hated the Orokin because Orokin destroyed the Origin System.
Would continue to hate the remaining factions that have now become the modern system because the same continues.
And of course it continues, it's humanity after all.
so, the reason why they hated the orokin was that they recognized them to be destroyers, as they were ruining the origin system
they sent the sentient to tau to terraform it, but the sentient realized that they would just muck this system up just as hard as the previous one
and so they waged war to defend tau
because they didnt want the orokin coming over there
Yes, the fighting began on the Tau side so it was most likely defense-first.
But we don't know for sure
the orokin never actually managed to interact with tau
they never went there, the sentient attacked first
Wrong
oh?
The fighting began in the Tau system. There's even a mag prime entry about mag saving someone it Tau
Oh wait there's a chance it began with tiny sentient incursions into the Origin system but tiny incursions and not full war.
Yeah but I'm talking about how we know that there was war on the Tau side.
im not quite getting from the mag entry that it was happening in tau
im also not recalling any references to the attacks being made on tau first
There's no 100% confirmation either way, but there is 0% dialogue based implication that Sentients attacked first. (That I know of)
Ballas has said things like "and so we came to War." While Lotus said "and then the Golden Wrath came"
everything i remember indicates that the orokin were on the defensive
lemme check the golden wrath
golden wrath gives some credence yeah
lemme see if i can find anything else
It makes no sense for Sentients to attack in force first. They wouldn't risk going barren.
iirc hunhow specifically went on the offensive
Hunhow came to the Origin system after Ballas revealed the Tenno weakness after lifetimes of Warframe War, yes
Even after they were losing to the Warframes and Ballas revealed that the Tenno are a weakness, it was still a risk to come to the Origin System because of the void flaw.
So they had backups like Natah being born in preparation, and Praghasa's plan to eat the Sun.
natah got subverted, praghasa was never used
thus the old war came to an end with the orokin dead and the tenno taking a nap under lotus' wings
yeye
To a pause, really.
Because the Sentient went to sleep expecting Lotus to kill all the Tenno leaving the system defenseless
And then when the Sentients woke up, they would at least want to finish things for these reasons here
Not just that, but the Sentient army was stranded on the edge of the System, a system that was taken over with new factions that would want to kill the Sentients.
I just wanna show off the end of Duviri quest with the talk with Teshin. Just wanted to show it off because of a funny glitch that happened.
oh?
The void portal to Tau was destroyed when Hunhow and the peeps in Praghasa came.
you mean the relay
The Solar Rail, yes
Pazuul or someone said that the Sentients from Tau have abandoned them etc
You could what could possibly be the man in the wall speaking to you
It’s in this area of Duviri with the classroom from Zaramin
They definitely cannot survive the regular space journey back to Tau on account of being barren and unable to heal without getting resources from taking over the Origin system.
well yes, they got an army there in the new war and now they probably dont care since this was primarily's erra's and ballas' thing
but i didnt get from that that their army was stuck on the outer edge of the system
like, before the new war
Also random Man in the Wall thingy
Not stuck, just hidden. And asleep till Hunhow woke up.
And if they stayed there to avoid further War, well that would technically be called being stuck.
wait when is it mentioned
And what I believe what she meant from this is that this is how the void/Man was made
Yes
And
prologues?
There’s children in a cave
i havent seem any specific hollow eyed children yet, just the regular kind
They’re saying something is watching you through your window and wanting what you have. I take this as the man in the wall
Cy mentions something in the invite message for Railjack acquisition quest.
Also like... Hunhow said he and others had been sleeping. And every known sentient in New War was in the Origin system during Old War.
ah, thatd explain it
i thought it was a new force of sentient that was taken from tau
i think i might be getting confused due to the original teaser for the new war, which did actually take place in tau
but im not sure to what degree that is even canon now since praghasa was unceremoniously killed off off-screen
That was not in Tau either
was it not?
Well at least in hindsight it wasn't
well thats the problem
this is not the origin system at the very least
Idk... Looks like any star system with asteroid belts
with massive nebulae? it looks far different from how warframe depicts the contents of the origin system
Not really
yes it does? it has never looked like that
Warframe's space is very colorful even though it shouldn't be
like, this looks more like a star with an accretion disk
The main issue with Railjack was how to make space look more interesting than it is
this looks nothing like the origin system
Also I have a dumb theory that Dominus Thrax is just Rell but what the void/Man wanted him to be, like a ruler. I also believe that once the space jump happened, the Man was born, basically Harry Potter smuck with Voldamor. The man tried to take over the parents minds with the songs of the angels but it didn’t work so the Man went after the most vulnerable, Rell. Once we shook hands with the Man, he had enough power to be in his true form. The scene where our character dies many different ways is Duviri.
Well this is a very large scale image.
An accretion disk wouldn't be visible at all here.
because the origin system should not at all have an accretion disc
Nebulae are the size of thousands of stars
yeah its not nebulae ill give you that, but we dont have those kinds of dust clouds
Not in Warframe. Warframe's space has all kinds of weird stuff. That was the objective behind how to make Railjack look pretty.
ok no, the problem i have here is that it visually does not look like the origin system
like, i dont care about warframe making space more colorful in general
Based on which full-star-system wide images of the origin system?
im talking about it not matching with what we see in either the pre-mission entry animations, or outside the windows, or in the navigation menu
That's just old stuff.
Look at how the outside of the Zariman looks, or the Railjack missions.
like, pretend that you are making a trailer, and you want to have the solar system as a backdrop
to make sure that people recognize it as the solar system, you need to make sure it looks like the solar system, right
If you tried to make it look like our solar system all you would see is the Sun
it needs to have elements that we recognize it by, and not have elements that do not match that image or have never been associated with it
yes
we would not, in fact, see a massive swirling dustcloud
because the origin system does not have a massive swirling dustcloud
And that's what you see here, the Sun but cool.
no
Like how Railjack is space around the planets but cool.
once again, why is this visual element here that, at no point in the game, is visible in any of the depictions
because its cool?
There are old parts of the game that look like normal space, yes.
thats not the sun
im talking about the sun specifically
why does the sun suddenly have a gas cloud surrounding it
let me go in railjack and stare at the sun
The Zariman is somewhere in that part.
That's an image of the entire system.
its a bit to the left actually
Doesn't matter, the location of the Sentients is defined as the farthest point. The Veil proximia
So everything else would be part of the image.
you dont magically get to see a dust cloud surrounding the sun if there is no dust cloud surrounding the sun
The entire Solar System is the dust cloud surrounding the Sun.
it is not a dust cloud
The entire space is glowy and shiny. You can call it a dust cloud if you want.
you are reinterpreting a number of orbiting celestial bodies and asteroid belts as a dust cloud
this is not what a dust cloud looks like
No I'm talking about how Railjack skyboxes were intentionally designed
Anyway this is getting tangential... so, either way, it is now the Origin System, if anything
if we were to reinterpret it and if its indeed mentioned that the army was one lying dormant, it'd have to be
id still complain about the giant yellow clouds but aight
Then I guess you'd complain about all these things?
no, i guess i shouldnt 😔
ok, i tried the sacrifice phase "pursue umbra" again. it still keeps doing that fade out whenever i shoot umbra with the void beam. how do i beat the dang quest already???
ive tried 3 times. im following the wiki, it says to shoot beam before slinging. but how am i supposed to sling when my beam keeps glitching out?
What just shoot at him until shields drop them transference him use gara 4 for cheese
You probably are dying from Umbra's attacks...?
i never considered the gara thing, but also, thats the problem. when i shoot with void beam, it eventually does this fade out and his shields go back up in an instant. cant do much there
also i know when i die from umbra's attacks, the fade out is not related to when im ded
it just seems to happen when i hit umbra in any way, actually. i threw a xoris at his face and it did the fade out. its really weird
i forgot to put this in players chat, sorry
i keep thinking the sacrifice is a huge spoiler so i default to here
Looks like he's blinding you maybe?
Is the fade out like what you get when you fall off the map or go inside open world water?
Btw this is a theory that I made for fun but turns out
oh that might very well be a blind yeah
Wally is always around.

interesting take
not sure if you noticed yet but the front of the zariman either sticks out of the void or into duviri
so at the very least they appear to be two seperate ships
There were 2 ships, iirc
A returned in the orokin age
This ones a Copy (unless I forgot a peace of lore somewhere)
i have no idea honestly
it might be another case of conceptual embodiment
i mean, the orokin did end up finding the zariman in the void and it only reappeared in realspace in the present time
is that correct?
luckily we dont have a weird blood chamber
It returned yes, but the zariman that resurfaced recently is our zariman. The orokin were said to have disposed of everything to do with the zariman but us, but they never specified how they got rid of the zariman
Just throw it in the sun
they didnt dispose of it hard enough because there are now two of the bloody things
think about it hard enough in the void? congrats we have another free colony ship
a ship for Tau Ceti?
would we use the Zariman 10-0 as a noah's ark type thing to escape from something?
i imagine we may end up using the original zariman for that given archimedian yonta's comment
which comment?
how she figured out how they could make the leap to tau
if we ever get to visit it, might be via that method
its not really funky, its just the orokin covering it up
the entry itself implies heavily that the zariman was definitely not a military ship
This hits different now
https://youtu.be/fFNAK2sJRcE
ok so how many of you failed this?
Every cutscene on the Zariman during The The War.
lucky I was used to this sort of stuff
I failed the first question lol
I am a nerd about space and time stuff
Ah
So how did Duviri come to be if Drifter didn't take the deal? Do things just go differently in the Void itself?
Drifter somehow manifested it
Duviri doesn't seem to be directly connected to Tenno powers.
Teshin, the Tenno an the Void Angels are all outside powers trying to break in.
I mean the Tenno are already in the undercroft and void angels are not teshin was in to die again and void angels are well the excuse to put in void flood
And? Edit: Sorry, wasn't very clear there. I meant that none of that contradicts what I stated.
you dont need tenno powers to have your emotions manifest something in the void
I think Duviri is a pocket world inside the Void, Drifter never got void powers until Lotus hand. Transference and Void powers are not the same.
Lotus Hand and Eidolon powers are still an interesting segment.
I forget did they give it back to her in TNW?
Near the end of each spiral when Mathila, Lodun, and etc, turn into Orowyrms, is that because Dominus turned them into Orowyrms or are they naturally just Orowyrms?
The tenno aren't in the undercroft, that's the drifter
They can just turn into Orowyrms. Like The Holdfasts and Void Angels
So are they the only ones who can turn into Orowyrms cause they’re each one of Dominus’s Courtiers or can anyone turn into an Orowyrm?
We have no clue
I feel like it could have something to do with them being strongly related to the emotions of Dominus/Drifter
Emotions quite literally running wild
probably the "strong emotions can bend the Void" things that they introduced with Citrine quest
There’s no real indication of what happens to the hand, as far as I could tell. Lotus has the relative form of both hands when she appears, but due to sentient regenerative capabilities there’s not a lot you can gather from that.
The hand is already on one of the armrests iirc, so drifter probably put what they had of her on the chair when they got to the orbiter
after 10 rewards are done is the extra reward pool random on circuit ?
Just realised we saw exactly how Thrax was first made
oh hey you're right that is thrax!
ngl i thought that was a void angel hand, now i see better
basically right, drifter world has a unknown time where time is ? inside duviri which is why tenshin is old
overall what tenshin said is to repay their debt is the future where he return lotus hand
Teshin's already old though, He's was from the Old War.
Teshin looking old is just the void doing void things
When you first see Lotus in New War, you see Drifter looking directly at the hand.
he grown a beard and was 1st to arrived there before the hand which is why time inside duviri is ?
Beards were added in this update. Teshin was limited by DE's tech. lol
still teshin still arrived before the hand
Yeah, the time between TNW Hand and Zariman incident is vast.
But... Teshin has the Narmer Veil.
🤯 Paradox.
Oro. Wyrm.
Spirit/soul dragon.
100% confirm stalker has a son and a daughter name nyx and ash 😂
i just wanted to shout it out
anyone know if the circuit extra rewards are random ?
just wanted to know if it is worth to farm them, if it is random then probably no
Gold dragon
Until 10 they're predetermined, after that it's just useless random stuff
ouf i want to farm the arcane but since its random then nvm
ty
huh, i guess he really was just created with that mechanical arm
nice detail, good find!
one thing that kinda ties into the arm being like that is the fact that he is the child king and all the children of duviri lack a right arm altogether
Okay that’s really cool actually-
I feel the mechanical arm matter is also an unforseen nod to Soulframe.
The first time I saw the Soulframe trailer I was convinced it was Thrax's backstory... Just cause of the arm
Even the unlocked arm looks exactly like the blue skin stuff of the Duviri folk xD
Perhaps the Tales of Duviri are an adaptation of the Soulframe universe as a book in the Warframe verse?
That said I had a few terrible ideas of how Duviri could expand:
A: islands reflecting your progress outside of Duviri that show up for you. Host of session would only have their islands shown for whole squad as to prevent issues (which would persist regardless of migrations).
These islands could include bits of tilesets and be dedicated sources of the future Decrees, as to not pollute the main decree pool(?), as well as Orokin Era weaponry like the un-Voided Aeolak.
B: Remember Denphius, King's Champion? Imagine if we had a Nemesis system specific to Duviri that gave another route for less common resources or blueprints, or something else.
Doubt it, but I'd like to see some link
True.
So the Duviri teshin is the same one from new war?
Yes
Oh, so that is same Tenshin. Good to know.
Ye
He has the narmer veil in his cave too
Really? I gotta look for it next time I play. Thanks.
You approach it during the quest
And Teshin says it is not relevant for now or sumthin
So single weapon incarnon gens can't be installed onto the akimbo versions, correct? Meaning that the afuris gen might be a separate item?
yes
it prob works similar to rivens, where prime/kuva/tenet are considered the same but akimbo variants arent
i just recived from , how exciting
Yea I got one too lol
I wonder if that’s intentional or not like it being the void that sent you that or something
I love messages from
Placeholder || || ?
Nah, it's a message directly from the literal void, containing only a void
guys im so confused, why do we let the orowyrms go when we beat them?
Because they're seemingly being forced to attack us, they're not intentionally doing it
And I think you get rid of/destroy the persons conciseness that was in the Orowrym so that it’s free of any control
oh i see
I think we beat them up, then use the hand to get them to take a nap, which has a secondary effect on Dominus Thrax, resulting in Duviri settling into an ambient mood state until you leave (which resets Duviri for your next incursion, though I bet a number of people in Duviri remember what happened yesterday).
I have questions like Teshin said, is this place and people there actually real? Or is all of this made up from the Drifter in some pocket in the brink of the void?
Yes. Remember Eternalism? We're in a Void-space not unlike Granum's basement, except it has a filter bolted under it to sift out wild Void entities - the Undercroft.
Good point!
To that end it's both real and imaginary as it's ||both a creation of Dominus Thrax and Drifter, but also either/neither/otherwise||.
The people in there are real enough that they - at least the Wyrms and Dominus Thrax himself - are aware of the Undercroft and greater Void as well as the Zariman (though they don't mention it).
I believe as we visit (but also don't) Duviri often, perhaps more lands could be generated for it. Perhaps even an actual sea of sorts, since there is water, clouds and so on there.
is the drifter a tenno?
There are now, yes
technically they were not, Tenno were the ones that came back. Thus not making him one, but now that they have void powers.... Sure? haha
was just wondering why everyone calls us tenno
We're the children from the zariman 10-0. Zariman Ten-o
We need a name for pre-split Operator/Drifter
How about Kiddo
Ayatan too
That makes 3 names that include star in some way
I wanna see kahl fashion-grinner
Where did Cordylon II come from? I remember cordylon and the qna purpose she served.
Do you need to do everything on the zariman and Kuva fortress to get steel path
Yes
What is Dominus holding?
Is this supposed to be the Zariman?
clearly it's a banana
Dominus’ favorite food 🍌
Dominus is Australian; it’s a boomerang
a delicious potato wedge
ei cross save is avaiable?
Cross save is not available, and no release date for it has been announced
Anyone else getting Rell vibes from thrax?
isnt rell
have they even said what Tenno he is?
They literally said that he’s one of them in the quest I swear
they said something fairly vague that someone from zariman was responsible for creating duviri iirc
and later its revealed that it was you
thrax is just another part of the duviri storybook, and the doll further implies this
on top of that, during the....fear? cutscene, the void material manifesting a hand actually shows thrax's hand emerging
oooooo
the only way that thrax could be rell is if void manifestations need to take their minds from outside sources, and thus that duviri's inhabitants are repurposed 10-0 colonists
but i dont believe theres much if anything pointing in that direction
Thrax isn't Rell. In fact, one ot the stories even talks about Rell and MITW fighting while Thrax is king which makes Thrax understandably upset. It's very spooky but I won't spoil it.
You mean the stuff you get from finding the fragments or whatever?
oooo, gonna hunt for that one
tell me something , if the drifter can go to Dormizone. Then that means that Teshin can also go out into the Dormizone
That means Teshin can meet Operator ? And the operator can apologise for not crying when he died
the operator is also the drifter now though
since they are both seperate and the same character
Teshin would be so confused
Drifter teshin*
its the same teshin though
Same one but different time
not sure if he'd be confused if he's been living in weird void fae land
but the operator cant go into duviri right ?
mechanically not at least
no its the same one same time
our teshin dropped into duviri
our teshin stayed in duviri
No?
yes?
both
The operator teshin died
he landed in duviri and mathila took care of him till he recovered
the problem is the lore makes zero sense
nope, he survived and made it to duviri
he is the same teshin all the same, he has his narmer veil lying in his room
what ? where did that come from
Ohh ok
Scholar's Landing Fragment
That's dumb
what is this ? An item ?
lore fragment
its better than just randomly having a teshin that exists in the void for no apparent reason
Tell me this, did Ballas simp over Natah after Margulis died ? I didnt even know this until Ballas started acting like an incel in the final act of New War
He used natah I think
But only liked margulis
then where was this hate for Natah coming from ?
the anger he showed was of betrayal , specifically loving someone and being betrayed kinda hate
Because he made Natah into a copy of Margulis, which meant she still cared about having kids instead of just loving him
Since the Old War, after he sent Margulis to die
Because everytime he had a "margulis" she chose the kids over him
The real margulis did it, the fake margulis did it again
so the real marg loved tenno, marg died , tenno angry and kill orokin, ballas makes fake marg (Lotus) to calm Tenno, Ballas angry cuz Lotus did everything but refused to betray Tenno
right ?
wrong order of events
Damn he is one big crybaby
margulis did love the tenno and ended up dying, the sentient tried to use natah as an assassin to kill the tenno, natah turned lotus, the orokin were killed, lotus did not kill the tenno and instead let them sleep
??
I see
Where did this quote come from?
"The stranger had haunted eyes and a downcast mien, and spoke of the Wall and the worlds beyond. He wore his hair like looped snakes, and his voice carried an accent unlike any in Duviri."
Ballas
the scholar's landing fragments
he likely isnt
because that was only the second part
he is presumed to have annihilated himself
scholar's landing vanished along with him
I heard a rumor, that excalibur prime would be available again this tennocon. Is that true?
Is there a video or post or something where I can hear all the duviri fragments?
I have the screenshot for it but idk if I can post it here
This is the spoiler chat so, but if not you can message me them
That could have been teleportation but I don't know I'll figure it out for myself
A lie. Whoever has it in their heads that Excal P and his signature Lato and Skana Prime would return failed to understand that those three things are part of the Founder's pack which was intended to only release at Warframe's beginning in order to fund DE's ability to keep Warframe alive, and never again.
DE is legally bound not to release them again in any way - aside from sidestepping the matter like they did with Umbra after enough people got hyped over him...
Loved that the community came together to have Umbra in Sacrifice.
Are they legally bound? Like did they have a contract or something for it
They clarified about it a lot of times in the Devstreams where people begged about it or it was one of the questions in there.
even if they arent legally bound they've repeatedly expressed that they wont be going back on their promise to the founders
At most, people could ask for another variant of existing weapons (i.e: Lato/Kunai/Skana Umbra with stats matching up to their Prime counterparts, unless their Prisma/Vandal versions already cut it, but then Kunai has had no variants, instead being superceded by other thrown sidearm variants).
Or give us some weird game mode that lets us earn mastery for them like a certain something that came out wink wink nudge nudge
My god. I just had a thought. At the end of new war was that the MAN IN THE WALL?!
I just finished it the other day.
that could not have been more literally the man in the wall
LMAO
Yeah actually.
I know it was funny to me as I thought about it and remembered Rell
Not his true form though
I completely forgot about rell and stuff
I think they dismissed Rell talking about that though. So guess it is a thing.
Wally doesn't have a "true" form
Void related I'm guessing
Uh oh better leave chat before I read stuff that I shouldn't know yet hehe
Gonna be starting angels of zarinan soon 🙂
Not as far as we know
Does angels or veilbreaker answer who the heck thrax is?
There isn't much more new lore after tnw
The duviri paradox quest answers that
Kind of
That's kinda what I thought.
Thrax is a manifestation born from the drifter
Then you should know.
Drifter accidentally snorted Void too hard and created the entire thing from fairy tales they read.
Ah okay that's KINDA what I thought but wasn't sure.
Figured he was keeping himself there so the void wouldn't destroy him since he was stuck on zariman
Then the tenno saved him cause they needed help or something
That might be Albrecht...? But to be sure, who else could it be?
It's why you get the "tales of duviri" decoration after completing the quest
Ahhhh didn't realize that.
It is, the rest of the fragment has him rebuild his lab and stuff
Is...is that actually teshin ?
Yeah, his head is even cracked
Or did he read about the legendary teshin?
Its not a wally clone since this one is expresso depresso and is looking for repentance
You can see the veil and narmer flag from TNW
Actually, where did he get the flag from
Ballas probably had it lying around somewhere
Those weren't a thing yet when he got unalived
More like you developed split personalities from all the trauma, personalities based on the book, and then the Void yoinked them out of your brain and made a world out of it.
Zariman's setting of being built for Terraforming - might have helped fill the gaps in what the book fails to describe. Which is why the lost islands of Duviri have weird things that for sure wouldn't be in a children's book like Tales of Duviri.
I mean, i doubt he waited until his conquest to design the narmer flags
Gotta have them prepaired
So teshin was actually there to help save him? To save the tenno?
Also my god I need levels for the Warframe mission that resemble the begining TNW. that stuff was so insanely epic.
He just ended up there after New War and the happy character healed him. Not sure if he fully died.
Veilbreaker is basically the same but less "everything is falling apart"
Cool thanks for clearing some stuff up. Duiviri was super cool.
Yeah but I want multiplayer levels with war everywhere
Those levels felt insanely epic
That is actually on the chopping block now that Duviri is finally out
Not as cinematic and chaotic as New War but the setting will be "fights that could have been during the New War"
WHAT REALLY where can I read more about that. That's exactly what I want.
We know next to nothing. They just said that basically the New War quest was changed to focus on the story mostly, because it was already so late with Covid and everything.
Original New War was gonna be a sequence of gameplay events leading up to a short version of the New War quest.
But since they separated the two, some gameplay elements got postponed.
Oh did they say that during the dev stream?
No no, I'm just rephrasing some very old stuff I saw in an interview about how they separated the story and big Warframe gameplay stuff
Ah, well they definitely have the time for that after echos of duviri
The interview was before New War release I think
They've cleared their tennocon 2019 slate
I hope I'm not getting Mandela effect-ed here though
One example is the third Orb Mother fight
And secondly, if it's not scrapped yet, something related to that big thing in Alad V's lab that you see during Nira hunt.
oh its not!
Oh we have info on that...?
in the AMA, they told us that they left something narmery in the orb vallis when asked about more orb/eidolon type fights
which obviously is the 3rd orb
Yes I know I'm talking about the other thing not being scrapped
The thing in Alad V's lab
Oooo exciting thanks for getting me hyped
Didn't think we'd get more content before tennocon or w.e
Oh that weird sentient, I thought it was a weirdly arrange rolypoly?
we're getting echos of duviri
Well what is THAT. Great more things to read about lol
"Echoes" updates are basically "big technical bug fixes" and "balance/mechanics changes based on post-release data," along with a little bit of extra content usually in the form of more stuff to farm.
This time, though, Echoes update might contain the New Warframe and a new island in Duviri.
and iirc they're adding true free roam with the calm spiral
or at the very least they said theyre equipped/poised to put that in
That's not 100% confirmed but yes if they decide to do so I'd say it'll come before the warframe
not 100% yea, but from the sounds of it they don't have to work hard at it since most of the tech for it exists
i.e the base calm spiral and the side quest mechanisms
Or for the meme, just the open world and you go there to do nothing but explore
@round pawn
yo
so tp to the harbour
then open that security cave
there is a statue to the right as you look at the console
interact with it to make it face the cage
then there are 2 more statues, next to the other 2 security caves
do the same
then go back to the first cave, and go into it, and down to the back, use the console thats now lit up
it will lower the cage, and then just fly over to it to do that puzzle
ah ok, ty
you dont need to unlock the other 2 caves
much appreciated
just the first one at the enterance
but there can be chests in the others
remember it saves AFTER gaining a decree, so tcan get a decree after completing it to leave with loot
np
hey guys, update: i beat the sacrifice
it still did the weird fade out thing, but i managed to nab an amp, which did much more damage to umbra
i guess i wasnt doing enough damage? whatever it was, im just glad its over
Nice job dude it is a hard quest
For the actual puzzle Dawn, once you have the first 4 symbols that are uncovered, cycle through the other pieces for the symbol that's different from the other 3. If any 2 nodes have the same symbol, that symbol is not one of them
srry i didnt see this, i ended up figuring out, didnt know the 2 nodes having the same disqualifies them though, ty
I really wish there was a way to go back on ur incarnon choice lol. I didn't know I had strun prime parts, so I didn't pick it. Now I feel dumb😂
5 weeks later it will come back, don't worry
Umm...
If Thrax resetting the spiral couldn't stop Teshin from getting old... Why did it stop him from staying dead?
Does it have to do with the fact that he died outside of Teshin's cave? But then where exactly would he end up, if the spiral resetting brought him back to life? In a place from where he would go back to the cave?
Or is Drifter just more powerful than Thrax/Thrax didn't know where the cave was so it didn't affect anything there?
Ok now find ballas and cut off his BALL(a)S
Chimera prologue lore be like
Yes
Wait would the spiral scene from the duviri paradox hypnotise someone. It may be low but not impossible
That's not how hypnosis really works
But. Warframe is 18+? Why can't I say I am a dumb a double s
coz youre not allowed to swear at people
Swearing is bad, yo
We may have cursing because of Drifter and his friends but that's different
They're part of Eternalism that allows swearing
Will the Stalker only be playable in Duviri?
There's a huge difference between edgy adult content made as part of the curated content of the game/things said by employees who are subject to HR versus letting every single player go haywire unmoderated as much as they want. Not only can it crowd the community, it can also get dangerously out of hand into becoming a toxic circle.
To to myself counts?
Yes
yes! you need to be more positive to yourself
So I gotta lie to myself.
Ok 👍
noooo 😦
Nope, wait until tennocon
Stalker is literally playable
How did the zariman go from the origin system to a different paradox made from a person from the zariman back to the origin system
Also shouldn't it like need power to travel so. Who's supplying the power if everyone in the zariman is such a coward and can't use the weapons MADE BY THEM
Did I miss something in a dev stream cause I don’t remember them saying they were expanding stalker beyond Duviri
They MAY say something about it next Dev stream
I mean I watch all the dev streams and take notes for my clan mates who can’t watch and I don’t remember hearing anything about a possible expansion of stalker gameplay
It’s possible I missed something which is why I asked if they said anything about it in a previous dev stream
I need to look at the fragments later, but dont some of them refer to spirals as if they were a unit of time?
Given that dominus doesnt need to reset to change spirals (as shown in the final bit where dominus cycles through the spirals) Im guessing that until drifter started being a goon and trying to escape there was no need for dominus to reset anything
Drifter also got old while dying all the time
Then why are the characters not speculating upon why Drifter got old...?
The killings only started when Drifter wanted to leave... Maybe they wanted to leave after they grew up
Right so it's not the spirals that are keeping the characters young?
Dont think so, they might just be like that
Its weird because theres adults and children but we obviously arent given a case of someone growing up
Perhaps because the entry talking about teshin was talking about strangers to duviri, but drifter aint a stranger to these things
So anyway, did Teshin arrive before Drifter started being killed?
They never really say, we do know that albretch arrived before the events of CoH tho
CoH?
Chains of Harrow
Is there a place where I can read about the islands of Duviri?
Are you referring to the Watcher's island?
Gotta find them fragments until the wiki updates
Yeap
No time
It's so weird that there's tons of guides on youtube to find the fragments but I didn't find anything that showed the results
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2968522746
Heres another one to find fragments

Is there supposed to be a reward for finding all of the Duviri codex fragments? After I got them all I got an empty inbox message when I returned to the dormizone:
Everybody is getting that. I kind of think there was supposed to be a message triggered that didn’t actually get output in the final build, but guess we’ll see if the next couple round of fixes mentions it
someone sent you a argon crystal, but it took too long to arrive
https://youtu.be/HXyb-r6eqaEv here’s a video(by me) that showcases all the entries for the islands incase you haven’t seen them yet
But if you want to find the fragments and read the codex entries yourself then that’s fine
reddit AMA
Teshin just hummed Smiles from Juran when i chose Umbra
I'm not crying, you're crying
That’s a neat detail
what if DE gave us the option to choose at the end of divuri
will you give back his throne rewind time or take his place ?
i am guessing people will choose to take his place leaving tenshin to die because we do not know how much time can he rewind 😛
We can always go back and borrow the throne again; Thrax would understand if we gave a thorough explanation beforehand since ||we technically 'created' him to hold the throne for the safety of Duviri||.
Yeah I got bored scrolling through the ama lol
search bar
I’m just hyped to hopefully hear more about Wally down the line since it looks like we’re out of the Lotus/sentient arc and are now heading into the void arc
After collecting all the fragments I'm crying at the thought of Wally's body parts casually erupting from Duviri and poor Thrax erasing entire islands from existence saying nope nope NOPE hoping it will help stopping the awakening of an eldritch god lmao
I'm more creeped out finally knowing where kuva comes from.
Lol the part that actually kinda hit me in the feels was Thrax creating and visiting the “graves” that were in the Doll Mausoleum
It’s sad that he honored all the kids who died on the Zariman
Hey did!? I haven't gotten there yet
I don’t think that’s exactly where Kuva comes from cause we know from the Albrecht logs that the Orokin already achieved immortality before they ever decided to colonize other planets
Me too! Thrax is a tirant indeed but like many other villain character in warframe he also as some moments where one could only want to hug him poor broken thing
In my mind the kuva coming from the ground was a result of what we did in the war within at the end
Cause maybe it’s like Wallys showing the people in Duviri that he’s found/discovered this stuff called kuva and gets a good laugh at it while he’s at it
Kuva has always been described as blood of the ancients. But we never knew whose blood. With that context and MITW first interacting with the Tenno when they had kuva in their possession, I wouldn't be surprised
And plus the “raining of the chains” that was happening during the void storm sounds like us breaking Harrow free
Or something like that
Thrax isn't exactly a tyrant. He's a child. Children as kings rarely ever go well
To me it sounded like when Rell first bound MITW. The story mentions a red veil descending across the sky which is pretty on the nose for us as readers.
It also talks about a red veil that was in the sky during that void storm soo
Well Wallys hand appearing out of the void sounds like he finally is free now cause Rell is no longer holding him back
Oh sorry, I reread
I was mixing up some of them. Yep it sounds like when Rell was defeated
The story says "broken chains"
Albrecht also landed in Duviri, as mentioned by Acrithis when she spoke about the other person who came wayyyy before Teshin and the bleeding earth thing. So in my mind the order is: Albrecht lands in Duviri for “repentance”, the first finger appears in the Galleria, Rell seals him away, rain of chains happens and Wally appears again but with only 3 fingers and a thumb since he lost them during his encounter with Albrecht, the hollowed children appear, and then bleeding earth happens with all the kuva
Both finger parts could also just be happening at the same time instead. So maybe after Rell couldn’t hold him back anymore the 3 fingers and the thumb appeared and then came the 1 finger cause Wally maybe healed them overtime based off of what we saw during the end of TNW
I mean, the other thing about Wally is he doesn't experience time in a linear fashion. So if he lost his fingers at different points, he could have any number of fingers at any particular point in time when you meet him.
i wonder when protea prime will come out
In like a year
True. Albrecht is the catalyst tho for everything that’s involved with Wally because Sythel mentions that Albrechts worst fears took shape when he first entered the void, unless we learn that Wally existed even before Albrecht ever encountered him in void
Hi, I have a question, is that normal that Kaithe Summon can't be used by drifter but only by warframe on the solar system open worlds ?
Do you think we found enough Temm's for the kid?
Basically Temmo-con in here
his quest broke and said we kept leaving the objective but it was still spawning temms
Temms are the most powerful force in the universe. They can shrug off blows that would tear Dax apart.
Drifter can have 2 melees?
normal plus orvius
Oh yeah.
the reward for arch harbor enigma puzzle changes when i leave duviri after first stage of mission right ?
Yeah you can keep repeating it
ok thanks got no bp 4 times in a row so got me worried
Technically Orvius just replaces Sirocco as your 'ranged' weapon for the Orowyrm fights.
Has anyone gotten the cinta bow
I've got enough parts to make like 3 or 4 of them, but not a single main blueprint
I have a extra cinta blueprint the only thing I’m missing for it is the string
If they could both be traded, I'd gladly do so
On my end when I tried to trade invite or join for some reason It always makes me or the other player leave the squad
Well I'm willing to give it a shot if you are.
Sure and the cinta blueprint can’t be traded only the parts
...Of course it can't.
Which bites though and have you gotten the cool owl decoration
I've done enough of them to almost buy 2 owls. No main blueprint
That stinks
Fudge I play on PlayStation 4
So what if the actual weird looking Orokin never existed before but were Duviri style manifestations and it was just regular humans the whole time before?
Tenno and all the people on Zariman were very human and the weirdos with long arms are only seen in statues and after the incident.
We don't even see Entrati's as they were before. So 🤷♂️
well no, we have surviving orokin from before the accident
such as euluria, who we know as mother
and ballas
Do we see them?
ballas? we see him alot and mother is an npc on deimos
She lost her memory though, she might've not looked like that when she was an educator.
oh wait I cant believe I forgot, the biggest reason why we can tell this idea is just not it is because we have a lil code thingamabob from before the zariman's launch showing of the blueskin physiology
Duviri shows the idea of normie Orokins with the villagers... who exactly was the class of people that Zariman peeps were? They were more human in physiology. I thought it was simply lower class, don't get to be blue and long armed.
Were Zariman crew (Holdfast and adults) and Tenno considered Orokin?
Orokin empire not orokin blueskin
Hm oh ok.
The people in Duviri are based on a story book, not any real examples
Fair.
The Tuvul messages...
Saw something a bit ago about Albrecht in Duviri, but that can't be the case, can it? The Requiems say he landed in a copy of his very lab, and that beyond a short bit of the lab there was nothing but dark stars and white colored space.
it is, but its an older albretch
this is albretch coming for repentance to fight against wally
him landing in duviri takes place long after the lab accident
Also, time doesn't exist in the void, effect can come before cause.
I see, I see. Hmmm... So he may still be about somewhere... Unless I missed the ending of his tale from the conversations in Duviri lol
he disappeared with his lab that he built in duviri
Not so much about time, but I thought he never made another trip to the Void. Clearly some conversations in Duviri I have not heard yet.
WE GON' FIND GRANDPAPA!
Maybe. Some day.
which segues perfectly for him to return to help us beat up wally
if he is not wally
Plot twist: Wally just disguised himself as Albrecht cause why not
doubt, this one was depresso expresso
I'm just saying him causing everything on a loop would be a bit too perfect
He's the grandfather and on a massive grandfather paradox
It'd be cool
I hope that clock behind Loid will one day make sense/maybe become important later on
Effect coming before cause seems rather tripping
I wonder if that's what Reb 'n' folks meant by parts of the world coming back in future updates
Makes more sense if you consider that experienced time is personal. Event A happens before B for one person, but B can happen before A for another, in the void. That's the core of the Duviri Paradox.
the one paradox that i sincerely hope happens is that it turns out the book on which duviri is based was, in fact, intended as a sort of exploration log of duviri when it was visited by someone
Wait I thought hunhow was space grandpa
Albrecht is Grandpa entrati tho
i hope one day hunhow and natah get to have a chat
What by us being introduced into the entrati family by rank 5 (also netting us the name ayatan iirc)
adopted!
He is Grandpa Entrati anyway, he is mother's father
So we have grandpa entrati via means of adoption while we also have space racist grandpa hunhow uncle teshin and mother plus space mom lotus (ahhhhhhhhhh damn it why can’t it be more simple lol)
It's quite simple tho...
The sentient part of the family is then there the entrati part which is I guess similar but the problem is what’s the name of the biological mother and father oh right and twice dead uncle teshin
The character is basically an avatar, their parents don't need names
Fair
Still so for family on the sentient side there space mom lotus space uncle erra space racist grandpa hunhow and space dead corpse grandma phargasa and for the entrati side there’s grandpa entrati mother, father, sister, and brother with twice dead uncle teshin existing
Is the shrine pieces decree bugged? I can't seem to get the fourth piece.
Nothing like Duviri actually existed, in terms of societal stuff.
It's just a children's book.
I mean, it came into existence from the Void stuff and incident of Drifter stuck there. I was wondering if some of the Orokin stuff from it bled out to the Origin System after that.
Why would Duviri have any Orokin-aesthetic stuff in it that didn't originate from the Origin System?
Children's book creativity.
Time Cube is canon in Warframe too, right?
Define Time Cube
A book that originated from the Origin System anyway...
its some really, really funny pseudoscience
made by someone who was probably schizophrenic or something adjacent
i would not actually be surprised if DE added that, given that they also added orgone
down the rabbit hole has an episode on it if youre at all interested
Did you just call the main character an avatar!? The audacity of this cube.
I'd very much like to know the parent's names. We have a picture of them. They deserve names. Call them Mara's parents if you need to.
But they are tho... they're customizable and so are a lot of their choices and even dialogue and some of their past in TSD
They are an avatar, even if DE works with their own one called Mara
Mara's parents might have a name
but they're not my tenno's
I mean DE aren't even consistent with their tenno
Unless their suspiciously similar to Hayden Tenno drifter is trans... hey new headcanon acquired
I should copy paste this for the number of times I explain this
Wait a second. Went to copy paste and saw it was literally you that I said this to last time
:p
I'm gonna save this screenshot for later so I can make a chain
And I get that
I just, personally, don't exactly do canon
It's weird to explain...? In any case, even if Mara is canon, the one we play as is very much an avatar
Even their mother's hair colour changes depending on yours
Drifter/Adult Mara btw is shown in the NW trailer a d yes it's definitely hard to tell she's an adult instead of an older teen. They really relied on those beards
Oh that wasn't supposed to be Margulis or their mother?
What
The adult with Mara in the TNW trailer
That's Margulis
wait wrong TNW trailer
No that's the correct trailer
child mara
is she wearing the drifter zariman suit? I can't tell: it doesn't have the circle that the operator zariman does
Yep and that's why they used a male for Duviri cuz no one could tell Mara was an adult
makes sense ig
In my headcanon Mara fits best as Voruna's operator from the leverian
Only way i can see her being awake before, well, awakening and tsd
And yeah I personally only work in headcanons, it's more fun (for me) ;)
In any case, i think not having their parents' names is better
If DE wants to say Mara's canon parents' names? Neat, but i think it'd be better if they didn't do it in game
I don't think you'll have to worry too much on that since that arc seems to be over. If we were gonna learn anything, it would've been during AoZ
Fair enough, tho I think we mighy be returning to the Z in the future
i want to see more NPC tenno like on the zariman! I want to see my best buddies mathon and jenva!!!
We still have a wall to un-man
Or a man to un-wall?
we have a wall to man.
it seems we'd have a second zariman to explore
like, the one in duviri seems to be different, either chronologically or altogether
Also this
We have to take the man out of the wall, but can you take the wall out of the man?
i regret to inform you that mathon and jenva died in the years following their extraction from the zariman to falling rocks and peanut allergy
yeah but eternalism so it's a-ok!
At the same time?! Shouldn't have taken that job at the peanut mine
So do I! But in the Ama, Rebecca made it sound like that wasn't in any plans they've made so far for the future
the peanuts were also eternalism they died in every single timeline
what!!! the peanuts in the wall
i will change their plans

I'm sure we all can if we ask enough. Like Drifter getting beards!
Maybe DE doesn't know that people WANT to meet Tenno NPCs
They really really really should check these channels more often :(
Apart from the couple of times Rebb has come to watch the chaos
i think they do know: i just think maybe they are not particularly interested in it for some reason that may become clear...
like we always. Say: Eternlaism
Tbf it's only because people don't understand it
Tbf it's also cuz DE will often say it to answer questions instead of giving the true juicy details. Like our Zariman questions
fair
Oh no not Komi
I think Eternalism is fine to explain stuff like drifter, or different player characters (in the Anti-Mara hill i will die), but not as an excuse to everything
it's gonna be the excuse for the next few things at least
i wish they explored the time travel angle more than the multiverse one ngl
All time existing and being accessible is the point of eternalism
Again, DE, you have a perfect character to make a grandfather paradox with
but i liked the spider-verse so i like eternalism!

using it as an excuse to make anything and everything happen is really poor writing practice
Why did DE make all the default Mod configs not include any elemental damage whatsoever?
They can include elemental damage but sometimes they just don't
I mean this is a fun channel so why ruin it with people observing it more (unless you mean spectating this chaos)
Thankfully, they don't but a lot of people just think that it does for some reason.
They include elemental damage ONLY if it’s already on the weapon
I’ve done a lot of Duviri, and I’ve never seen elemental mods on weapons that didn’t already-yeah
Random modding has no problem sticking slash mods on weapons without slash though
Mmm good game design
It’ll use galvanized mods but rarely, if ever, add corrupted mods
That's not what that image is supposed to represent so no, time cube is not canon in Warframe
Sooo we are thrax huh....still don't understand how operator helped drifter by making the undercroft..
Operator didn't make the undercroft
And we aren't thrax, more like Thrax is a manifestation created by copying a part of Drifter's mind into a real thing.
Operator just helps by providing the Doll parts to Drifter, so that Drifter can remember that they are the one who made the world.
The Drifter had previously suppressed their emotions kinda like trauma, and that's why they were depressed and feeling stuck - couldn't feel anything.
Each piece unlocks a part of the mind, allowing Drifter to feel anger, happiness, sadness, envy, etc again one by one.
Are the next weeks of incarnons known?
Yes, they were in the Duviri release patchnotes
Ty
