Then in War Within the queen obviously only tries to trap one Tenno, Chains of Harrow events only need to be dealt with by one Tenno, and only one Tenno can have access to Lotus' helmet for the further quests to continue.

There's absolutely no problem at all with multiple Tenno existing, whether they are all as powerful as you post-TWW or whether some still aren't even aware of being human.

Ok hear me out—What if Dominus is the reason why the tenno have powers. The way it works is that the events of Duviri take place, Drifter escapes, Dominus(basically Wally) is super curious on why the drifter wanted to leave his kingdom and wants to know whats out there so he goes into like another universe where he gives young drifter, AKA our Operator, powers(which explains why Wally uses Lotus’s hand during the deal) so that he can use them to escape into the real world, hence why we see the giant Vitruvian Man statue at the end of TNW and thus, Paradox

He probably saw an opportunity with the Tenno when they took his deal, but drifter didn't accept, so he's been passing the time in Duviri torturing Drifter.

Rell actually DIDN'T show emotions. His mother was trying to teach him to use and understand feelings.
He killed his mother without any hesitation, which was a good thing given the circumstances but he doesn't really have emotional flexibility the way most people do.
Dominus on the other hand is easily able to show and use his emotions

Mitw makes the most sense because DE said we know him, he's a child. Hides his face which would prevent shape shifting, has enough control over the void to create his own hellscape (lol), the 1st trailer ends with Dominus saying he's going to leave the void, and new War ends with MITW leaving duviri.
No other option makes sense

During void Armageddon missions, Cavelaro does mention why void angels are trying to go after the Reliquary drive as if they could gain mastery over the void, so maybe Wallys influence on them causes them to try and get his finger back

Rell makes the most sense, given the intensity of emotions, confused mannerisms, and the appearance of what seemed like Rell's shadows in the Devstream gameplay... and MITW is certainly not a child, especially not one with mannerisms similar to Dominus

And if he were Dominus, I would highly doubt a Drifter can free Duviri from the MITW's control.

Thrax says maybe he should "go there himself," but mostly out of curiosity about know what the heck place even is. Wally would know exactly what the place is possibly decades before the Zariman even launched. Or at least being well versed with it long before New War given that he's your escort multiple times.

Gotta agree with Ruberd. Rell makes no sense. Considering the Zariman timelines were identical up to accept/refusing MITWs deal, Rell absolutely knew what was outside the Void. He came from there. Regardless of Drifter's choice, that wouldn't change Rell's past, nor his autism. Dominus clearly doesn't have either.

And Dominus has been shown as neurodivergent as typically possible within just a few lines of dialogue.

Meanwhile Wally has been up to date with everything. Demonstrably knows far more than Dominus.

Autism isn't about "not feeling emotions," you still feel everything normally, it's just very difficult to deal with because you don't understand what you're feeling. Dominus seems moody, especially in response to changes in the status quo and order, which makes sense.

Lack of donda? Not having to fight Wally? Living in a world of his own where he doesn't have to show is face and never has to deal with emotion related communication?

Main issue I see with this is that Rell isn't a bad person so it doesn't make sense for Drifter to be forced to protect Duviri from him

But then IDK what could explain the things fighting you in one of the caves looking exactly like Rell's shadows
