I would've said voice if I meant that
Sorry lol
Either way it's still a pretty huge decision. My recommendation is to choose whomever you feels fit the approach you think she should make towards enemies/situations going forward. Be it compassion, discipline, etc.
(Which is definitely 100% the only correct way to choose)
U can buy the other lotus to switch it
Only looks and voice filter
I chose lotus because I ended up going for a balanced path
I went balanced but loved Natahs design so that was the only sun choice I did
The only choice that wasn’t balanced is I let teshin kill the grineer Queen
Sun, moon, earth.. Anything different if we choice?
I don’t even know
Helminth says a different line based on it
Earth?
I'm fairly certain neutral has nothing on it...
Example: mine says something like "This demon walks the shadow's edge", which is neutral (maybe neutral with a bit more moon, not sure)
I was reading through teshins wiki page when I saw this, what is a pseudo-Tenno?
Just something Tyl called Teshin.
The Dax were likely the closest warrior group to the Tenno, which is my guess as to why he called Teshin that.
Because Teshin looks like a wannabe Tenno when you realise a former Tenno enemy (Dax) is now teaching the Tenno
Basically Teshin is the only non-Tenno who is so much on the side of the Tenno, other than Lotus
He is the last Alive Dax other then the one in Maroos Bazzar.
i hope we can rush enemies with the kaithe.
Like it has a horn, make use of it 😎 ?
Hi hello I’m new to the server
Wow
Got some interesting dialog from pazuul, asking for forgiveness as he has seen the truth too late and that his sister won't forgive him.
I mean he is.
he is a grineer but no longer part of the grineer
ig you can consider it like being part of the 7 ≠ being a orokin
kahl is, in fact, a grineer clone
but he does not fight for the grineer anymore
He doesn't fight for the Queens anymore.
But the 7 were orokin
Ye he really did. >_>;;
I just got that for the first time too
It caught me off guard, but it definitely made me a little sad
I wonder if it's new dialogue they snuck in or whether I've just missed it until now
Question for this thread… Does anyone feel the 3 Archons are abomination Warframes seeking to be more than their creators intent? Maybe I’m overthinking things.
Um...this is worrying
Kahl is fine though, so whatever happened didn't hurt him
Not khal man😭😭 I’ve grown to like him
Very simple character
One of my favourite video is this one : https://youtu.be/Nkpy_cJ-xvg
may or may not a sequel to "Veso Sigma male"

I just love khal man, I want khal gigachad to be a thing
Like I want it to be canon

Imagine playing all this Kahl missons but with a drifter we know from new war with his abilities and what not. I think it would be so much better then playing with ugly clone. and saving all this npc would associated more with his survival part of life…And it would be more significant
yooo didnt know this was a thing
why does it matter if he's an ugly close
the idea is that he's special, not under he control of the queens and has the potential to lead more grineer out of their conquest mindset
plus we will get more Drifter actions with Duviri
And Kahl's missions make the universe seem bigger cause it's not just the tenno doing every important thing all the time
Ok so lets next character we can play be kid from cetus selling masks against worm queen. And not be about warframe and tenno that game is all about that. But hey maybe they can add cooking mini game with moa robots 😏
Or infested dog looking for a bone, I think that can be excellent twist
You can just ignore Kahl missions then
The operator was also rather different than WF core gameplay
So were the open worlds
yes, what i meant was being orokin did not mean being the tall blue ppl
The 7... were tall blue people

...what?
I guess he's complaining about kahl missions because they dont use tennos or warframes, vlad has made similar levels of "hot takes" before in the past so pay them no mind
To be fair kahl missions are terrible
They're good if you like assassin's creed
Or anything other than highspeed power fantasy, really
No they aren’t
Wow i move at the speed of a crippled operator while going on a glorified scavenger hunt
They're repetetive, but that's it
See my first statement
Not nearly as tall as Entrati
The bigger palm of an Entrati is like... the size of a whole Tenno
Wonder if that was necessary for their jobs or if it's just an infestation thing
Just an entrati's legs would be longer than a whole frame
Witness lag tab
Probably the latter
Ah, same personality as my boi vega taniss, my first lich
Man just insulted Kahl's whole everything 😭
I personally think it's better that we start stepping away from Warframe everything. The world needs to be fleshed out at this point. We need to get to understanding the people the Tenno are protecting and see more of the world than just its violence otherwise what is the point of defending it at all?
But biggest impact would be if we are the 1 who is no longer just killing machines and we can be the 1 who can sawed them with a drifter that has been true everything and watching the world in different perspective.
Having just random dude replacing all that is just forced for me. Its sounds good on paper, but if we don’t have a drifter, but we do… so no point in all that
Imagine having main assassin creed character helping the world and then just some random soldier turns out to be saviour.
not even the case with kahl since he's not "the saviour" but rather a side character doing side missions
That's not how the dynamic of Warframe works at all on the first place
It was visa of course
I just gave brutal example…
brutal to logic maybe, but like AtsiaZ said, not how it works
Assassin's creed characters are known to rely on the help from others, which can often just be random nobodies.
(At least the characters from before the series went into a very fast downward spiral
)
all this would not be so importand in the end when we get the duviri paradox update 🙂
Drifter will also be slow without honse
He's not a Savior. Kahl is rescuing his own people. That's EXACTLY how Warframe works and exactly why I said we need more of this. A lot of players miss the details happening behind the scenes.
While Tenno are off doing these crazy complicated missions, there are OTHER people fighting for the friends and comrades.
Some examples: Solaris fight for their freedom. Railjockies defend each other from pirates. Human mercenaries fend off the infestation to keep it from spreading so colonies can escape. Smugglers like Darvo and his gf (forgot her name) trick goods out of greedy corporations to share with people in need. Rebel grineer like Clem free other grineer from enslavement.
Brokers fight for innocent endebted civilians forced into the Index. People like Nora use information to reach imprisoned colonies. Etc.
Heck one lone colonist teenager fought off an entire army of Corpus debt collectors with boobytraps to save his family.
Tenno actually don't do nearly as much as you give them credit for. It's the little guys who are out there saving the people. Most Tenno are just there to keep the warring powers in balance.
i understand all this, but this can be also shown with our drifter like him when he didnt have power trying also to save all of them who is not sentients. in order to survive and be more then just kiling machine and even tho he didint have power he trying to do good for everyone
we dont play political or strategy game
we play warframe if you forgot
Home alone is canon in wf, good to know
One of my biggest complaints with New War is that they elected not to show any of the rebel survivors of Narmer. They hand waved all the Tenno away with "they disappeared" (which I'm praying will be answered in Duviri), but then didn't show a lot of things they could have shown instead.
The only rebel we encountered was Little Duck which felt a little too on the nose convenient since we never see anyone else other that isn't Veiled other than the Drifter.
I didn't forget?? But actually, strategy is how Warframe's fight. If you're looking for more info on this, Cephalon Cordylon is a good resource.
Most Tenno follow the Lotus, and her canon focus is to keep the warring powers in balance. That is why 95% of the game is focused on missions against Grineer, Corpus, and Infested equally. Never to wipe them out, just to keep them in check.
Lotus will rarely instruct the Tenno to defend colonies. Most of the time we actually have Ordis to thank for imploring the Operator to help with something.
As time goes on and the Operator stops relying on the Lotus as much, we've seen them go after the Queens, Save Umbra and now directly challenge and defeat Ballas. But with Lotus back, it's hard to say if they'll continue to break protocol and save others like they did when she wasn't around.
As for Drifter, it doesn't make sense at all to have him saving all these people like you're suggesting. This isn't his universe. He was helping during the time that he and the operator swapped places but now that the Operator is back in their own universe, there's no canonical reason for him to be there. It's nice that DE lets players swap them, but it doesn't hold up with the lore. Drifter should be focused on saving his own world; Breaking Duviri out of Dominus' grasp. And that's likely what Duviri will be about at the end of the quest.
I wonder if drifter's universe is just completely screwed or if the lack of superpowered children made the orokin find a diplomatic way to deal with the sentients.
Probably the first option tbh.
I don't think that's how Eternalism works in the void.
It might be hard for me to put it into words but if I had to choose an analogy.
In the void, I'd think of a timeline as a White Light. and the Crossroads as a Prism.
When you shine a white light through a prism, it separates that light into a rainbow. Each of those timelines happen.
I think the void does exactly that with an Individual's timeline. Separating that one individual's timeline into alternate outcomes.
But that timeline separation doesn't produce alternate timelines outside the void.
....i don't think >_>;
Drifter would have no idea about getting to save his world in the first place though. He never left the Void and very much hasn't shown an interest in Duviri beyond getting out. As far as he would know, his world is copacetic outside the Void
There are alternate universes outside of the void, albeit inaccessible
All the Void does is let you move between realities, though not without Wally facilitating
Not necessarily. Drifter knows more about the alternative realities than any other living individual we've encountered in the game. Most of our knowledge comes from Drifter. Even if they can't void travel back home, they know how to reach Duviri.
Also our conversation is discussing post New War content. While in the opening of Duviri Drifter doesn't seem to show any interest beyond escaping, you gotta consider that Drifter had been trapped in a time loop for years and had grown apathetic to his situation. He didn't know anything could change. However once he found out, he wholeheartedly embraced the chance to change the world.
With the amount of content being poured into Duviri and rumors that it'll be multi-player, it's gotta be because Drifter will return to Duviri to try to save it. There's little other point to go back. He and Op can't exist in the same reality together and since canonically it'd be super unlikely for Operator to just let Drifter steal their place in their own world, Drifter has gotta go back to deal with his own demons
We know Drifter goes back though. How else would there be an endless loop?
And how else would Duviri have Warframes?
Him going back is what's happening now. He hasn't gotten out before
Or particularly, the quest is likely marking the time they successfully get out
And that's the point Faeii was making wasn't it...? That Drifter would want to go back there after New War
Early part of what we do in Duviri will be Pre New War without Warframes, and the rest will be post NW with frames
Hmm... Unless Operator is showing up in the Warframe sections
My point was on the reasons they would still be in our reality. Drifter hasn't shown any interest in trying to change things in Duviri
Why would Drifter go back despite having no interests though?
Likely to compete whatever the loop or change that let him get out was
Complete whatever cosmic circle/agreement is going on
That's given my assumption that the whole into quest is all the stuff that lead to hon getting into Operator reality
Yep
They did show interest in changing things in Duviri though, they were very excited when they saw something could change
If they don’t complete their goal of changing things in the intro quest then that’s a good reason, they know things can change
That excitement is relative to getting out of Duviri, his goal during the Teshin section
But that happens before they meet up with Teshin?
They’re excited by the prospect of change, not the prospect of escape
Yes but that means the excitement was during the assumption that there's no escape anyway
That's why it's relative to that. Knowing he can change things means he can get out.
Yeah that’s not what I got from that, knowing things can change means that things can be better, not just escape.
This whole discussion feels like a moot point, we know that Drifter doesn't end up in Duviri post New War but still goes back.
What else matters?
i saw a post the other day about someone really loving the story perspective drusus gives because he's one of the few people we 'talk to' that has no idea what a tenno actually is and is trying to piece together the lore himself from the records he can find
ooohh the second elevator you can use the camera to move in the veil factory now has a purpose
I just found a hidden detail in the Orb Vallis; a whole bunch of frozen Solaris corpses in front of a building that looks sort of like Fortuna but maybe abandoned
Very creepy
All the way out here
Ohhh, you know what? I think that's deck 12 😬
It's not very far away from the entrance
yep
Creepy lol
I've never been to deck 12. Eveey time I forget it's something I need to explore.
you've not done exploiter?
its not that bad, bring a friend
i made a nezha build specifically for it that i dub the "damage? whats damage?" build
I have no friends
Or at least none that play warframe anymore. And I'm pretty scared of getting yelled at in pub. I'm notoriously bad at playing
good thing there is no pub
because its unlikely for you ever to get matched up with someone randomly
Oh, maybe I mix it up with profit taker?
yea
exploiter can be done anytime as long as you got thermia
that should be in pre new war vallis too
Hmm well I know I only fought the big spider once to obtain the segment that lets me use archwing weapons as a frame. I'm not sure which that was.
thats pt
Okay
well thats stage 3 of pt, not the full boss fight
exploiter is the one that normally wanders the vallis yelling
like
"The disobedient shall NOT be spared the rod. Solaris United: Value the punishment I provide."
Oooooh. I thought she was just there to attack you when you get your thermia.
Quick geology lesson
that one is, the boss fight is started in deck 12 and then moves out into the vallis but not by the temple of profit
I'm going to have to Google how to start deck 12
theres a thermia dispenser thing that zuud starts talking about when you get near
if you have dilluted thermia that is, and when you interact with it it starts the fight
you should google how to do the fight tho
its not simple and exploiter doesnt really let you figure it out as she just.. fills the area with damage
A friend told me a long time ago that it was an event. Back when I was hiatus for 4 years. I didn't realize it was something we can still do
theres a reason why i made a "screw damage" nezha build
it was originally an event, same with thermia fractures, now its just gated behind doing thermia fractures (but only for whoever is starting it)
unlike some other 'keyed' stuff it only takes the item from 1 player
I hate thermia fractures. I always die
mech is good
use his.. 3 is it?
The shield?
Honest i try, but they still kill me. I know a lot about lore but I'm horrible at gameplay
Have to compensate somewhere
i farmed it hard once and then have basically just rode off that, i still have 9 thermia to use
Oh is thermia useful for something?
its how you start the exploiter fight
you can feed it to helminth but thats a bit of a waste
Oooooooh okay that's what I figured
its 5 thermia per helminth feed, which is why im saying its a waste
thats 60,000 vox solaris standing you're feeding to helminth essentially if you do
I hate spiders. Giant chemical spiders that threaten to send me to detention and nuke things with lightning have gotta be my least favorite of all time.
well she doesnt use lightning iirc
oh wait no
she does do the lightning web thing i think

im usually kinda ignoring her attacks in first phase
and thats the only time she does that
in second phase she has a flame thrower and missiles i think
but you're not usually gonna die to her in phase 2
ok no lightning web
i was thinking the ice slam attack was the lightning web, because its the same outcome different element
I know everyone's super excited for senpai orb of the pond but I'm scared it's going to be a narmer spider.
well at this point i feel it cant be anything else
theres even a narmer drone patrolling it
Yay..
Second phase is mortar and not missiles i think
semantics
He's thinking of Grofit Stealer. Exploiter only has a literal ring of fire. And a flammenweffer. And a machine gun... And missiles... And her CHILDREN
phase 1 has some other stuff
Trying to remember all this stuff. Phase 1 (the part before the open world, right?) usually gows by quick for me.
and you're not usually paying attention to the attacks
No I'm not, I'm paying attention to wherever the lava is flowing.
Also I'm a Chroma. Damage means nothing to me after a while.
MEDICINE. CHILDREN, Mother needs her MEDICINE.
If Parvos ever got free of the void do you think he’d be an enemy or more neutral? Personally I think he’d resent the current Corpus and be fond of the workers in Fortuna
Parvos is free
you described how he actually feels.
I think you forgot all of the Deadlock Protocol past meeting Parvos
I haven’t done that quest in a long time. I should replay it so I can watch Nef cry
Just 3 more days
the duviri paradox this time in coming?
3rd March stream will share details
the paradox is that it is and isn't coming
NOOOOOOOOOOO
I kid, I'm looking forward to it. my question is I wonder if it'll lock us in like the last few big quests have
should give us fair warning like New War
yea I do hope so. I also can't wait to see how buggy the game will be after the update. so many fun glitches come from those
Yeah I might give it a week when it releases so they can get the big kinks out
same here
/unstuck might save us
Waiting for 3 years for this duviri update,it would be a shame if have some big bugs…
Now there's an interesting thought... How would Ballas have souped up the last Orb...
And reason for waiting for this long is also have to do with ps and xbox getting everything right on same day as PC because its a cross play. If that whos not a thing we would probably have this update on PC at least much sooner…
I’m glad they are waiting
That's really a guess, at best. We don't know, though.
Yes im just guessing but it makes sense because before all that we were getting much faster big updates then we are getting now
As long as it worth while at the end
Not really. Look how long The New War took to come out.
I think even back then is when they start experimenting getting update for all not just PC so its almost same thing even then
I'm so exciterrified. It's been almost 4 years since the Tennocon reveal and it's what brought me back to Warframe. I hope my expectations aren't too high
I CANT WAIIIIT
Truthful i only joined Warframe to impress a guy that I liked. Eventually I couldn't keep up with it and left. But I came back because the Duviri trailer spurred him to make a new roleplay server for WF and he invited me to join.
From that point, I really dug into the lore so I could write better. Ended up hooked and now I'm the owner of the server since he no longer plays. So in a weird way, Duviri will be kinda full circle for me
Ohhhh, gotcha. I hope it will live up to your expectations!
Well I’m glad your here
Awwh, me too Baron
Should I start considering names for my kaithe?
I did get to ask the DE team a couple years ago on a Devstream about the Operator and their future. Steve didn't say too much but it's been giving hope that there'll be more

This was I think 2020?
That's pretty cool. 😄
I'm going to name mine... Seahorse!
Reb really liked my question xD
We've seen a few changes since then combat wise but not too much. I'd ask about melee and lots of other things. Maybe Duviri was the secret answer all along
Lol
AAAAHHH I'm making the nervexcitement worse
Might I suggest some cooling air with a wonderful trip to Deck 12 and the surprise guest within? 😛
NOOOOOOOOOO
Then perhaps a trip to our favorite family on Deimos? XD
Maybe some kids hiding in vents?
Clem.
Gah. I can't wait for the Dev stream and hopefully to go to TennoCon in person this year!
Has in person been confirmed?
Ah
Gotta love the energy. 😛
I'll name mine either Kelpie or Thestral. Leaning towards the latter since it has wings
I'm going with Seahorse because The Void has been likened to an ocean a few times, as I recall.
Kaithie Perry?
What do you all think we can expect from tennocon, then some duviri drifer expending something on that similar direction from things we can do outside that world… But after duviri, for me i don’t think it’s important what to expect as long is duviri good. What you all hoping next to see in tennocon? open world map or something totally different? Or maybe nothing special but just something about duviri directions?
I am hoping Narmer get expanded upon more
maybe a new full tileset dedicated to em
the open world bounty execution they got right now feels a little janky
the hunt is nice but more of a weekly done an dusted activity
maybe a new Narmer ship tileset or some special Murex where we can fight em more consistently and see sentients more often as enemies
I honestly don't know what else I'm looking forward to, since I think Duviri should launch before TennoCon if they're able to get it out even only a bit late (since they said winter 22-23). If it's next month or even April, I have no idea what to expect next lol
I may sound dumb as this came from reddit but he's supposedly "us"?

what gives you that idea
ok and founded on what evidence?
hence why I'm asking the same dumb question
so since no evidence or support was given the answer is no
Well, the drifter uses the same mask (2019 trailer and 2022 tennocon demo) and in the demo the npc's refer the drifter as their king
But we'll have to wait and see how that works out
I whose thinking the same thing about that King over and over again. Maybe we become the king after we kill that women with a mask on a throne.
But then again why we would want to live that place back to the reality
Isn't Dominus portrayed as a man? Or did I miss something?
yes
im not sure why he said woman..
there is only 1 woman shown in the soon to be released duviri
Whell yea that woman that controling us from the start in duviri.
....what
The singing lady, perhaps?
...no
Dominus Thrax? no
But sounds like
no they sound like a child
no
They do not
no, he just sounds like a child
🤔
also KINGS ARE MALE
Acts like a child more than sounds
hmm true
So kid is on throne controling us every time we go dead
Dominus is the reset, yes
Hmm
Yes, he resets the day and things change depending on his mood
Little disappointing main boss is a kid
They just act like a child
They're likely still a full grown man, which is still worse
thrax controls duviri
Ok dude with women’s voice
i feel like thats not as likely as you think
Michel jakson
it really isnt
That's still not a women's voice
I need to watch it again 😅
Not always
Was Voruna carrying her Tenno at the end of her Levirian entry?
i havent read it directly but from what ive heard of it woulnt it be the child that was to be used in tuvul's continuity?
Yes, but do you think that child might have been her Tenno?
Edit: Wording
Yes, I believe that was the implication.
The way the scene was described was much the same as what we saw in The Second Dream when we found ourselves.
i will reiterate that i havent read it yet myself so maybe the wording in the leverian can sway my opinion
ill check it out tommorow after i get garuda
The scene description is too near what happens in The Second Dream for it to not be the Tenno operating Voruns, I think.
i like looking at the leverian after getting the frame is all
Oh, gotcha. Sorry!
The second part of the archon fight makes me rage the moment they show up they are doing their bs attack
Like bruh where am I even suppose to shoot when Boreal turns into a disco ball and starts screaming like wth
And the Sentients he summons with the orange chest things is annoying as hell to kill cause apparently aoe weapons don’t do well against them 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
And there is NO TIME to dps the damn thing cause literally it’ll do it’s bs attacks every 5 seconds and the damage attenuation is already at the point where even is there is a sliver of health left, the window for you to damage it is so short Boreal does like 10 more bs attacks
Rad Hek is worse than a toxin one tbh
I honestly would’ve preferred the archons to be like Saturn 6 Wolf or the new Sprag fight
Cause the archon bs attacks are just too bs
The Sentients ahhHhhhhGSHDHHDHDH
they're not really bs though im not 100% sure what you do with boreal turning to a discoball, i think its shooting him with an amp from inside his ball
i really should check the wiki at some point
the only way other than using amp for the disco ball is when I shot it with Redeemer and that works apparently but not any other weapon
And so I have to resort to using amp
it'd help if i actually fought boreal as drifter im sure
I don’t think there’s a difference between them

it doesnt help the sphere pushes you out
Would be nice if I can walk into the circle without being pushed out
obviously just use titania
Can they just copy mario galaxy bosses and call it a day
Just make a boss with weak spots on their hands or something I’m tired of the sentient bs
god no. weakspot bosses are just.. so bad in warframe
also you were literally just complaining about an enemy that has a weakspot
I wouldn’t mind weakspots if you know, it was easy to understand
Like who knows what to do when boreal starts screaming
the sentients you were complaining about is literally obvious blue jars
im not talking about when boreal has a blue ball around him. thats not a weak spot

I literally only figured out the jars were the weak spots recently cause I’ve just been shooting them with amp
aoe and weakspots do not mix in wf's damage logic
if the aoe touches anything not a weak spot it will not do the damage
Also it doesn’t help that when they spawn there’s this grey orb effect that happens when you damage them and it just blocks what’s visible
its definately much harder to tell whats going on with lots of people who do
because i did spend 90% of this hunt just shooting where i knew the jars were instead of actually seeing them
i wonder if the visuals got worse at some point too
i swear their deflection stuff was a bit more clear and less smoky
I hate that thung with a passion
The other summons from the other archons are fine since they can die easier, but not that thing
drifter has a far better roll, but thats it
I noticed that drifter can roll but can’t slide, and for operator it’s the opposite. Weird
no other way, op slides for roll, drifter rolls
because drifter moreso uses the warframe skeleton than the operator skeleton
They have different hitboxes too, right?
i much prefer the feel of the slide, and id imagine so
i really need to get around to making all the operator clothes at some point
i wish zariman had an armorset / operator clothing
I wish we could have similar clothes to what the Zariman crew have
...dude i cant believe you posted it here..
when was the broken veil shoulder armor added?
I'm assuming in Veilbreaker
i somehow missed it when it was added
Yup, it's in the patch notes for Update 32: "The Broken Veil Shoulder Armor is here! Declare that your vision will not be clouded when you wear this armor. Find it in the in-game Market!"
It's very far down, almost at the end, so it's not a surprise that you missed it.
It's like, right above the bug fixes. It's under "General additions", which is a short section above "General changes" and then optimisation/fixes.
ok
Is Rell the one who haunts you after Chains of Harrow?
No
I see. Was asking because it happened to me after I beat the quest
Players often call him Wally
Ah, okay
You also see Wally’s true form at the end of New War
2 days
You don't. End of New War is just another construction
Was that confirmed somewhere?
Also how very, very interesting. Turns out that when an air support-summoned Kahl kills enemies with his Grattler, it counts towards the Nightwave challenge where you need to kill enemies with an Arch-gun.
During an art panel of some devstream
Art pannel of last years tennocon
I hope we see the big hand at some point
Too bad I have school on that day:/
And luckily im coming home from work just on time when its all starts 😄
I am so ready for Friday. 😮
Same
Set up the stream on a device at home so you can still get the drop!
I don’t really care about the drops tbh. I only care about the gameplay that they’re gonna showcase, so hopefully I have a chance to watch it during school or something lol
But
Umbra Forma-
Nah I already have plenty of those so it’s fineee
Valid
Mhmhmhm
I'm just as excited for the Duviri news as the forma.
I hope it's a nintendo-style "And it releases... after this stream!" with duviri
We have had releases like that before. 😄 I guess we'll see, though lol
yea, just not many
i dont remember what all has
i remember hearing rj was.. and well it was rj
Would be nice. They have done that before, but I can't remember which release it was
I think they have stopped doing that, though. Friday releases are hard.
On the one hand that would be cool, on the other hand... bugs would be interesting
Guys did they announce the cross save?
not yet
We might get an update Friday. But won't be a date or anything. Cross play needs to be feature complete before cross save can be released.
i like RJ now
but it was bad on release
but shRUg
Can confirm, RJ is good now
On release it was the most glitchy I’ve ever seen Warframe
I agree.
i like rj now too, im just saying on release it was.. a hazard to health
Yeah
i also didnt ever experience release release rj
i only started playing at the start of covid
Remember that feeling when we seen Cetus open world for the first time it whose unbelievable and amazing at the same time, for me at least. Im expecting similar excitement if not even more from this Duviri world on the devstream. I mean wat can go wrong? 🤔
After all there is not that many game in that cool directio and setting.
One more day
I'm not sure if I'd want that kind of hype...
Don't mean that more hype is bad, but rather the type of hype. PoE Tennocon showed a lot of detail to set our expectations, from taking about everything from bounties to mining... And yet many people think it was somewhat a disappointment because it wasn't a literally Zelda style open world despite Tennocon showing otherwise
I won’t believe that until the devstream
from where?
PC Gamer.
Couldn’t relate
Little disappointing if that’s the case
I don't know about the release date bit, but there is a 16-page thing on Warframe in the latest PC Gamer, it seems. 😄
yea looks like it,2 bad i cant see it what is about... 🙂
I love how this new duviri face have similar shape as my face… and I can’t wait to try it on my Drifter
I honestly don't know what 1 thing I am most excited about from Duviri Paradox... I think just "all of it."
Me 2 😅
I know ill be really excited about some minor patch that i see in the patch notes probably
Oh?
Same
it just usually happens that theres some minor thing that fixes something or adds some qol in the final patch notes that im really really glad was added
Ahh, gotcha. 🙂
I can’t wait to see
Sheev; Attack speed increased from .667 to .668
I'm wondering if we'll get teshin's swords as a warframe weapon afterwards as well to use the swords outside Duviri, duel Nikanas
Just imagine adding old clothing from opetator to be able to use on drifter + beards new faces new hairstyles and + new outfits for drifters combined with his new skill tree sword farming horse and who knows what not. We can be in situations to play all this for months
Like some totally different game
I think we have a skin for the Nikana that looks like Teshin's already.
Yes the Dax skin
well getting the dual ninkana thing tho would be neat
Dual nikanas would be cool
I still want dual blade zaws
Would like to see some Narmer themed skins or maybe even a frame
Sentient skins exist
And even a frame
Narmer is orokin+sentients, so slap the narmer color palette on a prime and there's a narmer frame
narmer themed skins would.. basically just the additions that the narmer enemies gun's have
Protovyre ephemera
Talking about the deacon’s design. Harrow with a veil or the helmet was what comes to mind
White harrow graxx but with a veil
A neutered veil helmet for frames
There's a broken veil shoulder armor
Universal veil masks for warframes kinda like the mustaches
That'd be cool
A veil/broken veil for operator/drifter would be kinds cool
why would we?
I don't think we'd really need it after tomorrow
Besides we can't discuss them here
no pc gamer employee would not want to lose their job for leaking any unreleased materials they have
Ayo wouldn’t it be dope if someone actually created a club on here called club vallas with a live dj
You say that but I'm still waiting
Patience young Skywalker
This is the easy part, the hard part is if we like what we seen and im shore we will. Then the hard part is to wait for update to come… 😁
both are hard
Todays the day
Whos eren ?
😁
We got female frames so next upcoming frames and deluxe skins are next for male frames? 🤔
Cool maybe 1 would be in some duviri vibe and direction
Xaku Deluxe?
Yea, DE already added in a bunch Duviri-related assets in advance
oooh so the wepaons
Yes, for example. We'll likely see (some of) those during the devstream
I'm even more excited about the devstream now, after reading the pcgamer article about Duviri
I haven’t seen it yet
I’m avoiding all spoilers till the stream because they will talk about stuff that will for sure be in it
We'll see. I wouldn't recommend reading the article now, because we're much closer to the devstream than yesterday.
The first impression of this information would better be experienced through a stream, rather than through text
when do you think we can expect the devstream ? Monday ?
No, the stream will be live in little less than 6 hours
Make sure to link your Twitch account properly to get the umbra forma drop, by the way
There's no way to tell until this devstream
It's likely not until halfway through March or so
They'll announce it during the devstream, considering the release month has already been stated in the pcgamer article
Let's just wait for the devstream
Whaaaaat
I seen some 1 post it that is on April but i whose really hoping is this month
But knowing we are not that lucky so probably is going to be end of next month
(Update)
Good point but no, im expecting little less fragile. And little more badass
Is devstream starting early in like 3h?
No, the stream is still scheduled to go live in around 5 hours
Ok so same time like always
Live school and come join us to the dark side
My teacher will probably be chill with me tho
I’m still in the mindset that the stalker is either just an emo Tenno that ran away from home to live with Space Grandpa. Or he’s a frame like Umbra that kept his sentience and he hates us for taking down the Orokin. Either way it’s also pretty chill of hunhow to give us such fun toys like the War and Nataruk
same lol
Stalker talks of the tenno as a seperate thing from himself, so I personally believe that he's an umbra-like frame
Hunhow's lines in The Second Dream make it seem more like he is a Tenno to me, though. "You still hate them, you still hate yourself," after the bit about asking himself if he is one of those wretched things.
Hunhow pretty much only just met him and could be trying to manipulate him
Hunhow was also wrong about Warframes in general
2 hours
So uh, how long do we need to watch to obtain the Umbra forma? and can you get only up to 1? Not sure i'll be able to watch the whole stream 😭
Definitely going to watch after they upload it
should be 45mins
Righty! 45 min as usual, Thank you ^^
in just 1h and 30min
In <t:1677870000:R>
Yay
You can also check the time in the server event
Nooo not the 3d cat aaaaaaaaa
1 hour
Beat me to it
😁
every day i love zariman more and more
it is way more fun to repeatedly play than most other parts of the game
idk exactly why
It whos cool and i love new Drifter outfits that are coming
Okay so how the Drifter connects to the new Game is
its where he's been for most of the time after the zariman crashed
So this person in the current Intro cinematic we don't know who it is. Is the Drifter.
I couldn’t tell, could you customize your kaithes wings?
That’s an Operator
its an operator
No, it's basically the "placeholder" operator
We do know who that is. It's Mara
Thats the answer. You are gonna like Start the Operators story cuz its a Paradox.
She literally like disappears away.
yes, because thats what you can do as an operator
its void mode
you can literally see her outline iirc
Also she is in a place that isn't the same place as the place we start it does like flash backs and all the things.
It sounds like you’ll play the intro quest to Warframe then get the decision to do the Paradox or not
That's not what they said.
if this was the actual plot, my brain would collapse
Also i think my idea is correct but shRug.
They did, it was the Paradox and Vor’s prize, that’s the diverging path for new players.
IT'S A PARADOX THAT FOLDDS IN ON ITSELF
Chill
I am chill.
theres no support for it tho
its very clearly just an operator
^
We know Mara being Drifter doesn't really work
ShRug
ye, that's why we got hayden drifter (or pedro pascal if you will)
The only thing it being a paradox affects is the Order of operations for play, not story
We know for the story Drifter only pops out after NW Act 1
I mean
It’ll effect the order of operations for story, but only for the Paradox
Either now or later
but actual timeline
Actual timeline, no it doesn’t effect it
drifter doesnt come to realspace until after new war act 1
I wonder if they’ll show stats for how many new players choose the Paradox over Vor’s Prize
tnw is the more appropirate shorthand
Is older, is registered as nw in my brain
so in the new war remember the drifter jumping into a warframe the first time and they say like riding a bike
they actually relate it to riding a horse
thats what i meant lol
so its like he hasnt used a warframe before
its a paradox
All of what we saw in the devstream was post-war Drifter
will we get into pre war drifter?
That’s the intro quest
yes, though i think we will be seeing the warframe gameplay in the quest
from the gameplay trailer it showed them getting stabbed and then the hand fell but the hand was cut first and then stabbed
Pre-War Drifter doesn’t have transference so idk about that
But we’ll see next month!
yea but i feel like its not going to be actual transference anyway
that could be either travel time or the "paradox" of duviri acting
you're not using transference for maw fishing it sounded like
(i personally believe in travel time but anyways)
Or you are because it’s post war Drifter
feels like duviri is going opposite time
well you have to be on the control pad so no not traditional transference
well they immediately talked about how you dont have it after doing maw fishing
Yeah idk
We’ll see
from my perspective it looks like the drifter in duviri starts when new war ends
They have Transference but maybe Maw Fishing is different
The hand probably just took a while to get to Duviri. And as it was getting there, that’s when drifter and op both got stabbed
if her hand showed up so should the rest of her body
and i think we would be able to find it to bring it out of the void and into the drifter camp
We’ll probably see a near death Lotus in the intro quest
Yea for sure
"It"?
I hope you're only talking about the hand with that
it being her body
did they say that the drifter intrinsics... were duviri only
Drifter is Duviri only for now
drifter being anything other than a reskinned operator is duviri only
so it's basically the incarnon stuff for outside duviri and thats it
that we know of
Or Duviri Drifter specifically, meaning the Melee combat, intrinsics, horse
alright
there will probably be more that we havent seen
at least i get to dress up my dude
Didn’t they say that your Warframe and drifter both share intrinsics in Duviri?
the new fashion is big pog
they share boons
the decrees
We may see full Drifter outside Duviri down the road though and with how much people will probably ask for it it’s bound to happen eventually
Hopefully-
which only apply for that 1 run
^
Oh alright
drifter being this much of a seperate character may make new war drifter/operator decision a little weird feeling
i cant wait for the new fashion
but i really dun wanna be a little boy either way
I can’t wait to explore Duviri, I’m headin’ straight for the caves
this suit is sick
I wish they showed more of Dominus but oh well:/
we'll get plenty of him in the quest im sure
It’ll definitely change how people decide
you think dominus is one of the seven
No.
if he's anything he was formerly someone on the zariman probably
if not just a completely always void entity
Dominus is Dominus, duh
None of the Seven would have been aboard the Zariman, since we know that thanks to Tuvul they abandoned it
like, I wonder if it'll feel even less fitting to be drifter in that decision, or more
if dominus thrax is, you know, a thrax, ig they wouldn't even be human
Considering Dominus seems to be a child I won’t be surprised if we learn they were a baby born during the void jump failure
oooo
that'd be a nice plot
maybe not a baby but def a younger child
thrax seem to be corrupted grineer, at least the ones that show up in realspace are
and the npc are all orokin with their long arms
i just dont like we dont have some Drifter town for our players...
yeah, but their descriptions tells us they're void manifestations so...
Wellll there’s also that one statement said by Drusus that the “Venomous Thrax” is apparently a monster in like Orokin bedtime stories sooo
A child using a name from a bedtime story?
Seems plausible to me
maybe the thrax refers a lot more to the ghost-y part...
Yep and maybe he just loves the word Thrax so much that he names all his forces after it lol
and the corrupted come from somewhere
Exactly
Them being corrupted void manifestations might just be due to them traveling from Duviri to Realspace
Iirc the Thrax Grineer units we see are Orokin era Grineer too
Did we see any Grineer in the devstream?
I think we saw some Corruped Grineer in the Undercroft place
Were they new units or old ones?
I thought they said but I don’t remember
I couldn't see anything except a thrax there, they all died too quickly
there was standard corrupted in the undercroft i think
Interesting
Yea they said there were some new enemies but they didn’t show them unfortunately
Same
I was trying to get a good look at the shadow demons they fought in Duviri but they killed them too fast ):
and yea its orokin era grineer with an orokin era grineer weapon (the aeolak)
those shadows reminded me of rell
Aeolak pre-jump skin when
Shadow demons?
Those shadows look a lot like children tbh
mayber when duviri releases
While in Duviri they fought some shadow people
it was originally for a "duviri bundle"
I remember that!
along with a sword in that same metallic style
I hope we get that sword
2019
I hope we get dual nikanas
Duviri was first shown in 2019
it was before i started playing again
Tenno, it’s time to grow up.
Revealed during TennoLive 2019, the next Warframe open world -- The Duviri Paradox -- is now in development.
i started again in 2020
2019 yes
I was playing then, it was so rad to see Duviri
I am so excited for everything that duviri will have
It’s kinda wild for me, I started playing after Hildryn was released and now she’s getting her prime…
And by June Wisp should have hers
I’m old
one interesting thing is that stalker had a customize button, though i wonder if that will be just for modding
the game has been out for 10 years
i originally played around octavia/harrow's release i believe
I’m more interested in how or why they’re even there
Beards, good clothes, drifter not just standing around awkwardly and motionless
It's not our Stalker anyways
I really hope that because Stalker is there they’ll finally tackle Stalker’s lore after the Gardening update
I'm 100% gonna use the noble set
And we know that how?
I think we can all agree that these are 2 different Orowyrms right?
theres the orowyrm and then the lindwyrm or something
the first image seems to be a stage show of the events
One seems to be for a performance while the other is the one we fight
There's only orowyrm
it had a name in the trailer
That's the name of the creature type
i started playing in the meantime between yareli and caliban so... i'm gonna have to wait some time lol
Lodunn
Like they said, Duviri is a place of timey wimey, this Stalker is just from somewhere else, somehow
thats it
yeah, lodun is it's name
Lodunn is the name iirc
Orowyrm is the “species”
it had a different name up till recently
I mean
That’s a good guess,
Yeah, I feel like creature type fits better ngl

there was no way we were ever getting actual stalker mode
“An ally from an unknown time and place. Stalker is a powerful force within the shadows.”
what if the drifter takes a darker path and becomes the stalker as a hate filled resentment to the ones that escaped
Stalker spin off title when
This is the description we got for Stalker fyi
the stalker was good at one point until the fall of the seven
He was a supporter of the orokin
I sure wouldn’t call that “good”
So yeah more like Stalker was not an enemy at one point
Exactly
and what exaclty made the tenno turn against them
So playable Stalker probably isn’t ours
Stalker turned against the Tenno because Tenno killed ended the Orokin empire
Because the Orokin suck and ruined our lives amongst thousands if not billions of others.
Probably the orokin killing the tenno's collective adoptive mother
i remember reading something about octavias drums and ordin karris attacking them before he became ordis
The Orokin being PoS in general
We could arguably blame the Orokin for killing our entire family, yes not directly but they willingly did not help the Zariman people.
Basically everyone ingame agrees the Orokin had it coming
I’m still a little mad we didn’t get to kill Tuvul
But I am glad we know how he died
The naga drums and ordan are completely unrelated
Yup the Ordan story could've been centuries before the rebellion, any time during Old War
Ordan was such a gigachad
Going out trying to kill the immoral "immortal" people he worked for for so long
Makes sense why we’re friends
we killed the orokin to the beat of the naga drums
I hope we get to see that depicted one day
how did he get the neck bone blades?
If they ever do a Warframe show I hope it shows just how awful the Orokin was
And shows the moment we rebelled.
thats just a thing his clan does
Ritual. The bone shards were removed from his leg/s and shoved into his neck
It's just E1M1 playing throughout the entire fall of the empire

btw the naga drums is the current login music
Wat
Wait fr?
Okay I kinda love that-
well that makes sense now
its the original login music
Our rebellious anthem
So the default login is the music that the tenno committed genocide to?
I can’t wait to overthrow ANOTHER Orokin dictator in the Duviri Paradoz
Very effective way to motivate themselves ig
Not genocide, there are still Orokin alive
and after the fall some of hte seven survived
We just killed the worst ones
Or tried
We got Ballas eventually
and i think they went to duviri
They did not
The entrati don't really count anymore, nihil is trapped
No, Duviri is before all of that. And not our universe to start
I don't think those are the same naga drums, they don't sound like Octavia's Anthem
All others that we know of are dead afaik
Still, they count genetically
Or the Entrati do enough
The entrati are more infested than orokin at this point
i believe this is the same music (got from #fankit-assets
challenge room race
Did they get infested pre-rebellion or post-rebellion?
when the warframes and dax could no longer protect them
When kermerros wanted to give vilcor something to kill
So probably pre-rebellion?
Watching the devstream afterward and hum.... new emote ?
Steve pog!
Stog
Stog
the entrati discovered the void travel and the infested was what they used to create warframes
it would be after, when the warframes arent helping them and the dax are busy dying to warframes
the original warframes had sentience like umbra
The Entrati didn’t make the Warframes, Ballas did.
And Umbra was not the original Warframe.
It was a very slow and partially indirect genocide
Play the Sacrifice or read it’s dialogue
It tells us all we need to know iirc
i mean we very much intented to kill the orokin at least the ruling orokin
I’ll take it
just a few got away
And I’d do it again
Not what gavran said
You are right
I read it wrong, that’s my bad lol
think ducky misread because people said that alot for some reason
they had sentience before they got fitted with transference bolts
Reasonable
They lost their minds due to being infested iirc, it was through transference and the tenno that Warframes could be “tamed”
Before they got introduced to the tenno*
and then the sentients attacked
Warframes are long after Sentients
Why did that sentence trigger my brain to start playing the AtlA intro
lol
warframes were made because sentients attacked
iirc the sentients were the reason the helminth was created
yes, because technology could not take care of the sentients so they had to go back to the old ways of infestation
then the first round of warframes went beserk and then the tenno were linked with them and then the rebellion?
rebellion after the war was won
Long ago, the Origin System lived in (relative) harmony… Then everything changed when the Sentients attacked. Only the Tenno could bring the Origin System together, but when the system needed them most they vanished…
but when the system needed them most they vanished…
which is basically what the new intro cinematic says
Exactly
the tenno master of all warframes
We’re really just the Avatar but no elements and just meat robots and space magic
the meat robots do have elements tho
Shhhh
ember frost hydroid mag volt
Ember, hydroid/yareli, zephyr, atlas
lavos gyre atlas citrine…
And baruuk is confused
wind fists
baruuk is here to help
baruuk is calm until he snaps
Baruuk is an airbender desperately trying to use earth bending
paciFIST
Wind fist
Monk
Pacifism
Yup, that’s an air bender
each element has a male/female counter part
But note how he punches. That's 100% earth bending moves
no cold fem frame
Still wish they kept it as “Edge” instead of Restraint
Or fire. But not air.
fire is chroma
He’s very confused
zephyr is air
Chroma is just a dude who killed a dragon-thing
Chroma is the original avatar
not saying ember for azula...

Y E S
DID YOU MAKE THIS HAPPEN
No
how do i add that to my emoji list
I’m gonna pretend you did
But it's my screen
Oh hey Ar'Kohn
Hey !
Do you pronounce that like one would Archon?
looks like ar cone to my eyes
Specifically how ordis pronounces it when first saying it in tnw?
I have to wonder how someone who starts with Duviri goes about playing the normal quests
would have to be a loop
Speedrun out of there
W... wait... did my name spoil TNW all this time ?!
I assume after you finish the intro quest it opens up the rest of Warframe, but we’ll find out soon
when the drifter leaves duviri the new war picks up
It's an open O for kohn, like in jackpot
I mean like do you just finish Duviri and then Awakening starts? Cause if your start with Duviri and jump to the new war you're not gonna understand nothing
Duviri is alternative to vor's prize
You can't go TNW unless you have a necramech, soooo i don't think so
what if it jumped between the two duviri and real space
you cant go into tnw without doing alot of main game content
So vor's price accessible only after TNW for other people ?
Alright so then how does the player who started with Duviri start the rest of the game?
no..
They likely just go back to the base game until they get to Zariman
tnw will still be unlocked the same it has been
Awakening > duviri > the rest
Not what Reb said
Duviri or Vor’s Prize > the rest
oh yea they'll go through the whole "Get the frame escape vor" sequence still because thats not vor's prize
Yes
the part where you get your first frame is awakening
Yeah
Yeah but for the counterpart, like
duviri/vor > the rest > counterpart ?
so you'll probably do that still the first time you log in
They said Lotus will present you the option
Reb said it'll be alternate to Vor's Prize. After that the game would just put you back on the normal story track, no fuss
anyone remember that railjack voidstorm video where we get booted from our frame
And if you're playing on a really bad pc, it'll be the first frame in more than one way
Idk it's still weird and kinda unnecessary?
Cause i get them wanting to push duviri but like it just serves for new players to play duviri early with their veteran friends?
Posted that earlier actually
Bomba reminds me of Trollge
I think it’s also just an alternative starting path tbh
It's a more confusing starting path
Also wanting to give new players this amazing experience they’ve been cooking up without 100 hours of required playtime
Depending on just how big and different it is I hope it doesn’t end up deterring new players from playing the rest of Warframe
That's fair and I understand it, and it might not be so confusing given how self contained Duviri seems to be
But still there's gonna be some whiplash from going from Awakening to Duviri to idk Once Awake or something
Also Vor's Prize serves to open the first bit of the starchart so that's gonna be awkward to fix
I hope you don't even do Awakening
Let’s hope they have a plan
Awakening > duviri/prize > prize(if duviri was chosen) > the rest
Honestly, I doubt it'll fully supplant Vor's Prize like that
You do, the choice is Paradox or Prize
This seems likely tbh
They should have a more ambiguous tutorial then
Why though?
idk so it fits better with segwaying to Duviri.
you will still have to do vor's prize to do the non duviri content
Duviri is very different from normal wf
"Oh this open world roguelite gameplay is super cool! And the duviri lore is interesting! I wonder what else the game has to offer"
And then they do Vor's prize
That's gonna be some serious whiplash mainly cause Vor's prize has been more or less the same since forever
Omg you’re right-
It'd be funny
Will you take:
Super cool new open world roguelike with some of the most beautiful landscapes and skies in the entire game?
Or
Very old quest that hasn’t been updated in years
Just a huge slap to the face after duviri
i do wonder if they'll try to touch up that stuff
They really should
because even awakening to vors prize is a little bit of whiplash
Is Vor’s Prize coming up on 10 years old?
Cause the starting quests are really reaaaaally old
The cinematic part only starts in the Neptune junction again!
awakening is new
I remember when they "revamped" the tutorial before and it barely did anything to improve.
The new awakening is new
Oh well yeah Awakening is new but then you have the same regular normal mission with some character interactions quests until Uranus
Even the ones that serve to foreshadow the sentients like A new strange are a bit meh
Hek, you dont get the Syndicate quests until completing TSD
I mean honestly new players will probably still do Vor's Prize. Most people will just go with what's connected to the last thing they did
If anyone has friends who haven’t played Warframe, see if you can get them to play Duviri when it comes out
I’m curious what the reaction will be going from Duviri to Vor’s Prize and the rest of the game
Oh I'm definitely gonna make my friends play duviri first
We’ll find out hopefully, really hope they release new player choices a year after Duviri’s release
Mainly because it looks super cool
Also duviri after awakening is gonna be akward because they literally have zero to do with each other
Paradox
Confusing and doesn’t make sense
The essence of Duviri
I already convinced all my irl friends(1) to play wf
(Though tbh he probably did awakening and then stopped)
I’ve convinced a few of my friends to play and none of them got that far tbh
If I had my way, Awakening and Vor's Prize would be reworked so that you'd have two tutorials, one bit with the usual Awakening stuff and one with Drifter and Duviri, then it splits.
Then again we don't know how we unlock Operator's side from Duviri so that'll be interesting.
I mean, yeah, but picture yourself playing for the first time and the first mission is you being this killer robot thing and the next one is you customising Hayden't Tenno and getting executed but not
Furthest my friends have ever got was New War
And that was like 2 of them
Because it's clear that we unlock Duviri from Operator's side post-New War.
Wait, the loadout/teshin zone is still in the dormizone i just saw that via the windows... so we're behind the void fissure at that point ?
I mean, that would be jarring no matter what if played pre-new war
Duviri will probably have a tutorial
Cool thing is that it'll probably lead to Drifter customization inmediatly instead of the auto generated ones from NW
I’m so happy the Drifter abilities are returning
Will Duviri-first drifters affect the Operators in TSD?
No tennobama for new players
There were auto generated ones in the new war?
I know you could’ve customized your appearance but auto generated?
Yeah, but I'm specifically hoping that they make it like that.
It was based on the facial features your Operator had, apparently.
Ah
Yeah mine was bald
Yeah that's what I meant
You can't customize until you reach the camp for the first time
My head-canon is my Drifter shaved their head for war

My drifter was a monstrosity
Mine had hair :p
Hold on let me draw a diagram for what I'm hoping for.
That was a bug
I was early, no hair
if you look at the new intro the tenno wake up wearing drifter clothes in the water and then go to drop flowers in front of your starter frame
All the drifters started bald. The facial features themselves were what's supposed to be inherited from operator
a funny bug
Unimportant
They definitely are not wearing Drifter garb
no offense but the intro girl has been discussed to death please no more intro girl discourse
