Seraphim is tennogen, so you can get Seraphim, you can buy Nimandi Prime from Lavos Prime accessory pack, it's still available for purchase. Imugi prime from Chroma Prima access, you will have to wait until it arrives at the resurrection store, then you can buy it with regal aya. Oni Prime Ephemera Grendel Prime from the Prime accession but it is not available for purchase right now and the signa you know its from heirloom packet.

The only way I could think of is by using the voidshell skin with a certain type of voidshell material. I’m not certain which material would give you scales though.

unless you mean something different, theres an option in the game settings, i forgot which section but its "weapon elemental vfx" and you can toggle it on and off

You can sort of do that by changing the element color to true black (not the normal black found in classic or classic saturated. It can be found in pride celebration of all places though)

This does come with the downside of removing any kind of element color based cosmetic displays the weapon may have had though
