I noticed that as well.
When there is content where there aren't many fashion options availible in the first place (Like plague star now), then there is less traffic here, most people "switch" to #gameplay-discussion or are too focused with the "playable" content.
But when there is content where fashion might be the main key (drifter release/Dagath's release) then there is more traffic in the fashion/captura channel.

white gallium glaze voidshel, white catena prime ephemera, white rift sigil front, white bloodshed sigil back,white protovyre apex leg plate armor for added feet glow, other white accessories to taste. Basically everything i can stack on to add to the lightness so that it pretty much glows. it only goes perfect lamp in the right lighting, but it's kool when it happens~ and this is what she looks like in arsenal. Gallium glaze out of all the textures i own thus far seems to do it best. but even just the atomica skin or as long as you have the ephemera should get plenty close enough. I'm just building up to maximize the glow as much as I can. I'm really hoping for them to add the vandal weapons texture into voidshell so i can maximize in the opposite direction as well xD

Couldn't find any good top sigils so I used the orowyrm's rage. The 10000 standing holdfasts sigil does look good, but the detailed part under the circle clashes a looot with the main torso color no matter what
