If you want circumvent, you can drop capacitance and focus on more offensive mods

uriel's second skill uses both max hp and strength for its shield restoration value. raise your hp with archon vitality(which kahl's garrison, a place that requires veilbreaker to be done to access, sells) and your strength with those two mods to meet the minimum level to maximize your defense.

since you've made some progress into the game(assuming you farmed uriel here), the landing craft ability [Orokin Eye], as well as the helminth ability [Golden Instinct], can lock onto the vault door, making it much easier to find.

take some time to do some plains of eidolon bounty missions if you can. any mod from the augur set - which some of those bounties have chances of providing - lets you restore your shields instantly upon activating an ability. uriel already has something similar on his second skill, but it's a nice emergency defense boost and helps out other frames a lot
