and against wich faction

usually a crit build will outdo a status build any day but there are weapons like the epitaph wich is a status primer so ur melee (condition overload mod) can work better thats why i say it is but also isnt

crit builds offer higher dmg upfront making them a bit better for high level content while status builds usually are better at armor stripping and bypassing defenses so usually people tend to build hybrids using high statys like viral and heat with mods like blood rush hunter munitions for high crit /dmg aswell

Incarnons nothing special just a DMG buff and other things sprinkled in. Build for range and probably influence, heavy attack builds are also really good on it

I believe the incarnon has traits for heavys and range
