Generally Triumbral isn’t recommended specially on a Ranged Warframe due to limited slots that also uses atleast 1 augment. Use 1 forma for now for 2 umbra mods. Wait for rework and see if u need a 2nd one for the build

to take advantage of knockback and knockdown of the neutral, the block attack's lift and ragdoll

the block attack is more favorable here as it does the most dmg the quickest

but both normal and block do at average 500+% dmg

influence is not always the answer, remember that :3
