Hmmm depends on how much playtime do you play. I saw a speedrun clearing all base star chart in around 1 week but that might not be possible for non-experienced players/low playtime players. But you have 1 month to clear all base star chart + do the requirements to unlock Circuit SP so I think you should be fine.

Efficiency you don't need... His 2 burst enemies into energy and health

So you need Flow and Equilibrium
