All depends on your setup. If youre just using like a Primary for everything and dont have a primer or another way to get your status on them or armor strip, then you should always build for the faction, which will still boil down to 1 - 3 builds at max

What youre describing is known as Forma. It adds a polarity of your choice to your warframe or weapon or changes an existing one.
So you can get half a mods cost back for each forma, so around 5 mod capacity on average I'd say.

You can get Forma blueprints from opening Relics, Events or buying 3 for 35p on the ingame market.

Note that the more important part is an Orokin Catalyst on your weapon, which doubles its mod capacity from 30 to 60

You don’t necessarily need molt augmented or arcane bellicose, mod for like 300% str(that’s how much I run on my builds so)and you should be fine even without bellicose or molt augmented

general rule of thumb with arcanes is to first mod and play the frame. and then see what u r lacking. if u have survivability issues, get Aegis/Blessing. if you have energy issues, get Energize/Steadfast. if u have strength issues, get Augmented/Bellicose. obviously there r frame specific arcanes too but those u have to slot in anyways.

she is a weapons platformer. its literally built in her passive. but if u dont wanna use her 4, u can subsume number of abilities over it. her 1,2,3 will go the grunt work. her 2 will armor strip and her 3 will put 10 rad stacks on enemies. at the same time your 1's AI will keep killing enemies. and to "nuke" groups of enemies, u want cordon and a nuking primary/secondary that takes advantage of Nyx's passive.

what it does is if you collect a health/universal orb, you get one, up to 3 stacks, per stack you gain 450 armor, being hit makes you lose a stack after 3 seconds

Probably rush (30% sprint speed( and a parkour velocity mod (should average at around 20% parkour velocity and bullet jump speed.) Nora might also have an aura mod for speed on rotation from time to time if speed is your only goal. Putting amalgam serration on a rifle or bow is also a good option as that's a 25% buff to sprint speed passively. And then there's an incarnon melee that gives another 25% passive sprint speed.

If not doing sp slot in equil over rage otherwise rage will work fine. Also use that one dragon key to kill your shields and give you the least shieldgate as possible

Most of the time her 1 will be used is for movement, and 75m on the distance base is nice but most enemies are gonna be right in your face, I’ve tried a high range build on valkyr(it was a smite build over her 3, might have to revisit that again at somepoint actually just thought of tossing her 1 for smite instead, eh I’ll mess around with it later) but the grouping of her 1 didn’t really increase by much. Maybe a bit of range is fine but maxing str is what I’ve found to work better to maximize warcrys effect
