Whispers in the Walls: This is the main story quest, with multiple direct 'sequels'. Ballas' actions in the New War have unleashed the Man in the Wall, and you delve into secret labs in the depths of Deimos and discover that you're not alone in the fight.

If anyone knows ASOIAF lore, they’d know about King Maegor Targaryen and his building of the Red Keep. When the Red Keep was completed, the Targaryen king threw a lavish feast for all of the builders, and then had them slaughtered by his guards.

My theory is similar to this. The Orokin were arrogant beyond belief, but they weren’t idiots. They’d know that killing Margulis angered the Tenno, and they’d also know how powerful the Tenno and the warframes were. My theory posits that the Orokin, similar to what we were going to do to them, had themselves planned to bring as many Tenno to the Terminus as possible and then use the ceremony to slaughter them and then hunt the remaining Tenno across the system, basically purging them as a threat.
