There is at least some sterioscopic visual effects where magic/fire/effects are in one video and not the other. I have to go through again but I'm pretty sure I saw Walley's face resolved in some of the blurry/blobs between sceens. A series of effects towards the end becomes a rainbow effect due to the overlapping quick flashing colors.

Mostly just the psuedo-3D that happened with the colors and effects that differed. Some of the flickers in the end are toned one way or the other so when they overlap they become rainbow.

I thought the attached affect when overlapped had resolved into words, but that's appears to be my brain reaching for something. This shot makes me think of spectrometer readout of some element, but that's not unique to the overlapped view.

After the Old Peace Margulis sealed most of their specific memories (and Tenno powers), and was executed

The Lotus showed up later and the Tenno continued to fight using the Transcendence ability (the flying chest beam)

The Orokin ruled the system, with the Tenno being their greatest weapons. The Tenno, led by the Lotus, turned against the Orokin and ended their tyranny, then were put to rest until the system needed them again.

The Tenno are awakened when a squad of Grineer clones led by Captain Vor find your (the player Tenno's) resting place and attempt to control their Warframe. The player breaks free and reassembles their arsenal, reuniting with Ordis, their Orbiter's cephalon.

They also meet Teshin, a Dax— the Orokin's soldiers— who trains them.

Eventually the Tenno's quest to free the origin system from the control of the Grineer and corpus leads them to Uranus, where they find traces of Sentients— machines made by the Orokin to prepare the distant star system of Tau for their arrival. The Sentients realized the Orokin would ruin Tau like they ruined the Origin system, and rebelled, starting the Old War— which the Tenno finished by first defeating the Sentients, then the Orokin.

The Lotus disappears upon discovery of the Sentients. As we delve deeper into the mystery, we learn that she herself is a Sentient— Natah, the daughter of Hunhow, one of the Sentient leaders.

Hunhow tries getting the Lotus to join him, but she refuses to be Natah once more. She helps you defeat him for now.

Hunhow then teams up with the Stalker, another Warframe, and tasks him to destroy the source of the Tenno's power. His search, and a bit of manipulation, leads him to Lua— Earth's moon, hidden in the Void, by the Lotus, using Orokin technology. They use the technology to once again bring it back to where it belongs, then race to the Reservoir.

There it is revealed: the Warframes are just vessels for the Operators— children given void powers after an incident on the Zariman 10-0, a colony ship that was tasked to go to Tau.

The Lotus locked away their memories after the Old War to protect them, but this is what they are. They leave. Stalker chases them, stabbing their Warframe and almost kills them— but somehow the Warframe is able to move on its own and break the sword (which Hunhow was using to give Stalker Hunhow's power).

That's pretty much everything up until the Second Dream
