I think there was too many wrong points here to tell about all, but I'll raise the correction that Belric and Rania were legitimate scientists trying to stop the sentient invasions on Deimos, and while bombing the moon was a last resort, it wasn't uncommon for the orokin to "ravage colonies" and create "outer gardens" for whatever purpose. (Also, apparently Citrine wasn't enough for protecting the whole moon)
