Hey guys, sorry if I’m interrupting y’all, but I hope some of you can help me understand something about the old peace quest because it’s confusing me regarding the order of events:
so if I understood the quest correctly it was a flashback of an event that took place after the sentients built a solar rail bridge that connects Sol to Tau. The Tenno are on Tau because they used said bridge (since the Zariman Ten Zero never made it to Tau). If this is the order of events then the Zariman Void-Jump incident already took place (kinda obvious since the Tenno displays void powers and commands Excalibro Prime through transference; I know 😅). Now here’s what’s confusing me: right before we take over Uriel we hear the Indifference say "They’re laughing at you up there, kiddo", but how is that possible? Isn’t Rell fighting Wally and holding him back, or does that happen later? Or is that Wally from the present where the Tenno is actually submerged in the water next to the Lotus & Albrecht "bleeding into" the memory that we are revisiting? Sorry for the long text …

Correct, Old Peace is set during the Old War, an ongoing peace treaty. We made the deal with Wally— he's targeting us. The quest reveals the reason he stopped is because we forgot about him when Margulis puts us under the Dream, and presumably that's when Rell takes over as a vigil.

...which, sadly, would relegate Nechramechs to heavy-atmosphere Archwings, which are also neglected
